What do you like to Cook?
For me, it's Salmon, cauliflower taters, and a rice or Cajun baked asparagus/steamed broccoli.
I do a stuffed salmon with spinach artichoke dip, normally do everything myself instead of buying anything premade at the store. Fresh fish makes the dish, cut an orange and squeeze it on each fillet before slicing them almost all the way in half. Fold up the top, fill with a generous portion of spinach and artichoke dip, sprinkle some minced garlic on that, fold the top back over. Season with salt and pepper, add the orange peels and 2 tablespoons of butter cubed in a casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, check the fillets and add butter if needed. Bake another 10-15 minutes based on your preference of baked salmon.

I successfully made a grilled cheese and ham yesterday, and marvelled at my own magnificence.

I successfully made a grilled cheese and ham yesterday, and marvelled at my own magnificence. Oh a good grilled cheese and ham/turkey sandwich, makes a cold day better. I tried that internet trend of using mayo instead of butter on the outside of my grilled cheese and man did that taste great!
