LIVE from the Scotiabank arena in Halifax, Nova Scotia.
The Arena is going wild, the fans are on their feet as Primal storms from the back. His eyes locked on the ring, and he points at Timeless as he roars. The Bastards look baffled, and Timeless goes white as he shakes his head in surprise. He draws back a few steps, holding up his hands as he looks around in a near panic.
Like he has seen a ghost as Primal enters the ring, he walks over to loom over Turner. The two stare each other down, and Primal lifts his fists as he growls.
Then he lunges at Fowler, firing off punch after punch before Turner dropkicks the stunned looking Riot! The place’s cheers become boos, and Turner looks at Primal with a shrug.
'Fancy meeting you here!’
Prime Time is back!
BOOOOOOO!!!!
This was a set up!
Riot is hauled to his feet, and dropped with the Falcon’s Arrow! And meanwhile Primal grabs the downed Fowler, lifting him high into the air for the Empty Abyss! The fans groan, booing as Turner calls for the rather battering and bleeding Steve to hit the Wrath of the Dragon on Fowler!
The fans are livid, but a hush falls as the badly battered King of the North limps into the ring. He is holding his side, favoring his shoulder as he spits blood before his eyes narrow on Primal, the two stare each other down. And then Primal moves forward, hugging Donzig who returns the gesture! Turner claps, and Steve mockingly wipes an eye.
Primal moves to the outside, flinging the referee into the ring. Frank Windsor pulls himself to his knees, dragging a chair with him as he looks around before he shakes his head. He forces himself upwards, motioning for them to bring it.
Donzig hits the Event Horizon! And the fans again boo, as he crawls across the mat to lean over Frank snarling and cursing before he pulls himself upwards, pointing at the other two battered Bastards.
Steve locks on the EFSH on Fowler! Timeless locks the Turnabout on Riot!
But the Bastards struggle, shaking their heads as they curse in defiance! They show no signs of tapping out, and Donzig stares in disbelief before he cocks his head with a snarl. He glares at the ref, and then Primal grabs the ref to shove him against the mat as he leans down over him. Hairy forearm smashing down on the ref, a hand around his throat before the ref finally calls for the bell!
It’s over! It’s over!
THEY JUST BULLIED THE REFEREE INTO CALLING FOR THE BELL!!
THIS IS DISGUSTING!
The Bastards didn't quit!
BOOOOOOO!!!!
Empire wins!?!
But they don’t break the holds, and the Bastards are still fighting to get away as Donzig fumes. The Scourge clearly angered by this act of defiance, and he stumbles over to grab a chair as he slams it against the mat before standing over Riot and Timeless.
RAAAAAAHHHHHH!!

The Calvary has Arrived!
The fans explode, and Jesse Jamester stalks from the back with a steel chair in hand. And he pauses at the top of the ramp, and shakes his head angrily before the rest of the NPW roster storms out behind him. They glare at the ring, and start down the ramp heading for the ring it seemed.
The Murder Lizard and the rest of the Roster has had enough of the Empire’s bullshit it seemed.
Alex Turner and Steve break the holds, and they grab at Donzig who despite being bloodied and barely on his feet stalks towards the ropes with his chair in hand. Screaming a litany of curses and threats at them as his eyes remain on Jesse.
Timeless shrugs helplessly, and Steve starts backing up. Primal grabs Donzig, dragging him backwards as he starts to laugh as the King in the Norh flails at the oncoming roster. The Empire soon retreating into the booing crowd as Jesse Jamester tries to get them back inside. The rest of the boys help the Bastards to the feet to the cheers of the crowd, and Jesse glares at Timeless and Donzig as they disappear into the fans.
[What a Scene.]
[The Crowd Cheers as The Bastards Finally Get To Their Feet.]
[This is far from over!]

Blake Samuels: "I'm not sure where to go from here. I can't believe what I just saw."
Archie Rude: "You've got to hand it to The Empire. They found a way to get the job done. Not only that, but Donzig wasn't lying when he said he was going to make a call to someone. PRIME TIME IS BACK BAY-BEE!"
Blake Samuels: "Keep it in your pants Archie."
Archie Rude: "But of course, 'The Glory Hog' Jesse Jamester had to come and make it about him."
Blake Samuels: "Are you serious? Jesse seems to be one of the only people on the roster with his head and heart in the right place. In case you didn't notice, he didn't come out alone."
Archie Rude: "I didn't see Julius walking out with him, did you?"
Blake Samuels: "Well, that's not my place to speculate."
Archie Rude: "Ok, so i'll make it mine. Julius Fristik is disgusted with his father, and I predict he will be the next member of Empire. They're cool, They're Badass- and Julius clearly idolizes Alex Turner. It's only a matter of time."
Blake Samuels: "Not for nothing - The Bastards certainly stood tall in this match. The odds were against them, and Empire crossed just about every line imaginable and they STILL couldn't put the Bastards away. The Northern Pro faithful are clearly 1000% behind the Imperial Crown Tag Team Champions."
Archie Rude: "Are you blind Samuels? The referee called for the bell, and awarded the match to Empire."
Blake Samuels: "Yeah, ONLY because a 300 pound psychopath threatened to eat his whole family... or better, use his hair to hang the poor referee by the neck."
Archie Rude: "The referee's decision is final."
Blake Samuels: "You're one sick puppy. I for one believe that what goes around, comes around. I wouldn't want to be Donzig, Timeless, Steve Awesome or Primal when they playing field is level once again."
Archie Rude: "Are you kidding me? I expect the Tag Team Champions to tuck tale and run."
Blake Samuels: "Our evening isn't quite complete. Up next, The Finals of the 4th Annual Cruiserweight Cup! Eddie Havok and Jay Stevens will once again do battle. But this time, it's for all of the marbles. Let's head to ringside for the action."
It was time for the Main Event. After wrestling four matches over the past six weeks, we finally had our championship final. The former North American Cruiserweight Champion, and last year's runner-up; Jay Stevens - was set to lock horns with the only man he wasn't able to find a way to defeat in this tournament - Eddie Havok. In fact, Eddie Havok was able to break free from Jay's clutches, and refused to submit. Eddie Havok has boldly declared himself the Iron Man of this tournament, after going the distance on two occasions, and winning his other two matches in convincing fashion - this main event had all of the makings of a classic.
Fans at ringside were behind Jay Stevens - but there was also a sub-section who respected Eddie Havok's work ethic, and thought he was capable of securing a major victory here tonight. Earlier tonight, Eddie disposed of Vincent Wolf in a hard fought battle. Wolf proved to be a worth contender and fought his heart out throughout the tournament. Jay was successful in defeating a very game Xiaolong earlier tonight. Xia holds two back to back victories over the current Cruiserweight Champion; Rob Garcia
The crowd stirred with anticipation as both men were in their respective corners being checked by the officials. Gus Arnold was at ringside with the Cruiserweight Cup to his left, and taking in the action.
DING DING DING!
RAAAAAAHHHH!
Afeel out period would begin the bout as neither man was able to unseat the other in the first contest. Both men circling one another, Slipping into an elbow collar tie up, the two traded leverage for the advantage, before Havok shot around the waist, controlling the elbow. Stevens broke the lock using his free hand and took the wrist of Havok into a standing shoulder armbar. Using his opponent’s discomfort, Jay walked to the ropes and jumped off the second rope to arm drag Havok to the other side of the ring!
Havok shook his arm, as Jay was already leaving the canvas to be sure to give max effort on offence.
Jay kipped up from the canvas like a rocket and went straight after Havok who returned to his feet. Deep Arm Drag! Followed by a wrist lock! Havok bounced off the canvas again and once in the hold looked to plan his escape. Havok went with the pressure, which was smart, before spinning his arms and breaking the hold, much to Jay's surprise. As both men stood there...
DROPKICK from Havok!
Havok went for another but Jay was hip to it, and moved out of the way sending Havok down to the mat. After dodging the attack Jay pushed forward, but walked into a Bicycle kick from Havok! Jay slumped, and right into a front face lock from Havok who Planting Jay between his hip and elbow... WHAM! DDT from Havok! What a hellacious SNAP DDT from Have, who floated over and went for the cover. A one count would be all he could muster early on.
Havok knew it wouldn’t be that easy, picking up Stevens and shooting him towards the nearest turnbuckle. Jay however had other plans, going with the toss and Running up the turnbuckle pads, Jay turned around mid-air delivered a diving shoulder-tackle that caught Havok clean and sent him backwards to the other side of the ring. Havok instinctively rolled to the apron, looking to avoid the pinfall attempt.
Stevens walked towards the apron where saw his opportunity to maintain his offence. Jay picked Havok up and brought him back into the right the hardware with vertical Suplex! Havok bounced off the mat and held his back after apparently taking all clean. Jay hit the ropes, and dropped a machine gun elbow across Havok's sternum. Held for the cover.
1
NO!
Jay wouldn't rest on his laurels as he picked Havok up, but he was met with a stiff back elbow that caught him flush. Havok delivered a few more strikes which backed Jay up against the ropes. Havok then clotheslined Jay to the outside but Jay kept himself up on the apron. Havok hit the ropes..
SPEAR THROUGH THE ROPES TO THE OUTSIDE!!!
RAAAAAAHHHH!!
Fans went ballistic! The move looked dangerous, and rightfully so, as Havok put his body on the line to deliver max impact. Jay hit the ground hard and had that stunned look in his eyes. Havok got up and was being serenaded by the crowd for his effoerts.
HAVOK!
HAVOK!
Doing his best to rally after his fall, Stevens finally got to his feet - But Havok was waiting for him. Stiff european uppercuts followed, as they jacked the jaw of the former North American Cruiserweight Champion. Havok scooped Jay up, and body slammed him down to the floor.
Havok then rolled back into the ring to break the count.
Havok turned around and was about to go back outside for more, but it would be Jay Stevens who was grabbing at Havok from the floor. Jay grabbed a hold of Havok's leg and pulled him out to the floor.
EXPLODER SUPLEX!!
Stevens sent Havok into the guardrail with an exploder suplex right near the feet of NPW owner; Gus Arnold.
Jay didn't want to let Havok breath, knowing that every inch and every second had value. Jay then Irish whipped Havok towards the ring and Havok went with it, sliding under the bottom rope. Jay followed and looked to continue his onslaught, but Havok reversed the momentum when he caught Jay clean with a palm strike before picking Stevens up and slamming him in the middle of the ring. Havok used this advantage to grab Hunter by the waist once they were back to neutral to execute a belly-to-belly suplex!
OHHHHH!!
One of Jay's patented finishing moves was just used against him,
1.
2
NO! Shoulder up.
Havok picked Stevens up before executing a backbreaker and laying him in the perfect spot on the canvas for an aerial attempt. Havok went to the apron before using the ropes he slingshot himself over the ropes, senton splashing Stevens! Havok thought it was best to follow it up and he hit the ropes, came off and dropped a vicious leg drop...before grabbing the legs and going for a cover.
1.
2 NO!
A two count would be all he received. Lifting Stevens from the canvas, Havok snap suplexed him, but did not let go. A second snap suplex! And a third- but Stevens would use the leg to stop the final one, and Havok would knee him in the gut to get the third one off!
WHAM!
*Crowd Applause*
Both men lay there for a moment, Stevens wearing the worst of it while Havok was catching his breath, before returning to his feet.
Havok would lift Stevens once more, aggressively pulling him to his feet, getting caught with a right forearm for his efforts, followed by a left! Stevens wasn’t going down with out a fight and Havok was staggering! Havok stepped foreward and headbutted Jay but Jay dodged it and hit him with an ear-ringer. Jay slapped both hands together and shook up Havok's equilibrium! Jay picked him up... Brain Buster!1

2….
Kickout by Havok!
A gasp was heard throughout the arena as fans exhaled. So close.
Havok smacked the canvas as he rolled to a knee, doing his best to fire himself up. Jay was laying in wait, thinking about his next approach. Havok used the ropes to bring himself back to his feet, but kept his eyes locked on his opponent, not wanting to give him an opportunity to pounce. Jay walked forward, and Havok used the bottom rope and his leg strength to push forward with a superman punch! He caught it clean... out of nowhere!
Stevens hit the mat, then looked up doing all he could to regain his composure! Havok went to the middle rope and leapt with a double axe handle that dropped Jay to his knees. A running Yakuza kick was next, and he got it all! Jay was down, and he was out.
Could this be it?
1..
2..
NO! Kickout!
Havok was frustrated, but went to the top rope anyway, and was going to throw caution to the wind!
Shooting Star Press!
NOOOOO!!
Stevens moved out of the way at the last moment and Havok hit the mat hard,
Jay looked around, thinking maybe it was time to do something out of the ordinary... He wouldn't? Stevens was up top...
FLYING ELBOW DROP! He got it!

THNO!
Kickout by Havok!
CLAP CLAP CLAP
FIGHT FOREVER!
CLAP CLAP CLAP
FIGHT FOREVER!
Jay looked up at the referee with three fingers, but the referee waved it off. Somehow, Havok kicked out!
Jay was shaking out his elbow, not one to leave his feet very often, he clearly felt as though it was the right moment and the proper situation to pull out all the stops. He successfully weakened his opponent, but might've caused himself some discomfort in the process. Eddie Havok was once again living up to his mantra as an Iron Man, as he appeared ready to take this fight to deep waters, and let his cardio and chin go to work for him. After the most recent onslaught and a few near falls, Havok appeared be pulling himself out of harm's way as Jay spoke to the referee.
In a moment that will be remembered, both men were battered but they both walked forward and met in the middle of the ring.
Right's, Lefts.
Jay!
HAVOK!
JAY!
HAVOK!
HAVOK!
HAVOK!
How is he doing this. Havok pouring it on! Jay is backing himself into a corner, trying to smother these shots. Kick to the gut from Havok...He picked Jay up... Shoulder breaker coming?

He got it all.

Havok couldn't believe it, but he sprung to his feet, Looking to execute another tombstone...

2..
NO! Kickout by Havok.
Both men got to their feet at the same time, and were trying to tussle for position. Havok earned the advantage, and he whips Jay into the ropes, Jay comes off... Abdominal Stretch!
He's got it locked in, middle of the ring. Jay is fighting the grip, but Havok has it in tight.
Will he?
Jay fighting it, finally breaks free.
HIP TOSS!
Havok hits the mat, pops up, lunges forward... Jay takes him over with another Hip Toss, but he then drops down to hyper-extend Havok's arm...
Cross Arm Breaker!
Does he have it in tight? Havok is fighting it, he doesn't want it hyper-extended... Jay has been working these arm-locks religiously. Havok resisting, he stacks Jay, what power...what strength, what presence of mind... Jay holds on...
WHAM!
Havok drives Jay to the mat with a powerbomb! He falls on top... This is it.

2.
NO!
RAAAAAAAHHHHHH!
Wait, what's this? Jay wrapped his legs around Havok's neck! Havok nearly had the match won, but from the bottom Jay has Havok locked up... Is that a triangle choke?
The crowd just realized whats happening and they're on their feet. Could this be it? Havok is squirming and fighting it off.
The referee is there, and Jay is lifting his hips, much like he did earlier with the Guillotine Choke in the Semi-Finals.
...
...
...
The referee is watching.
Havok is fighting..
Jay is squeezing.
Lifting...
The referee checks Havok...
He's Asleep!
He refused to Tap!
WOW
DING DING DING!
RAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!
He did it, after three years, Jay Stevens finally did it!
Jay stays on the mat, checking on Havok, making sure he's ok. Havok finally coming to, not sure where he is. He had the match won, and was suddenly in Jay's triangle choke with little time to spare or a way out. What presence of mind by Jay Stevens to secure the finish there.
The fans are on their feet, showering both men with their cheers!
Jay pats Havok on the back and exchanges a few words of encouragement. A new found respect between both men. What a battle!
Markus Morin: YOUR WINNER OF THE 4th ANNUAL CRUISERWEIGHT CUP -- Jay Stevens! (16:38)
Gus waits a few moments for the fan support to die down. With the assistance of the two security guards from earlier, Gus walks into the ring with the Cup, and presents it to this year's winner - Jay Stevens.
Jay takes a moment to salute the fans, before asking for a microphone. Gus obliges and hands the live house mic over to Jay.
Stevens: "First and foremost, Eddie Havok is one hell of a competitor. Only one of us was going to secure the coveted trophy today, and it just happened to be my day."
[Parallel Chants of 'Thank You Eddie' and 'You Deserve It Can be Heard.]
Stevens: "I've invested all of my time and energy into this tournament for three straight years. However, this year was different. I eliminated any and all distractions because to me, this was what I wanted. This championship trophy and the recognition as the 4th Annual Cruiserweight Cup winner was what I craved."
[Pause.]
Stevens: "With Northern Pro Wrestling now being part of the Continental Wrestling Alliance - there is a certain somebody who's walking around with a World Championship which by default gives him the clout to claim that he's the best professional wrestler in the world today."
[The crowd starts to whisper. Could it be?]
Stevens: "You see, I didn't put my name into the CWA World Heavyweight Championship Tournament last fall because The Cruiserweight Cup had my full attention. Now that I'm able to move past it, I want my next challenge to be taking on the number one wrestler in the Continental Wrestling Alliance."
Let's Go Jay!
Let's Go Jay!
Stevens: "Gus, I overheard your conversation earlier tonight about Chris Card and announcing Crowning of a Champion III. If it's alright with you, I'd like to publicly and officially declare my interest in challenging Chris Card for the CWA World Heavyweight Championship on March 16th."
[Explosive Cheers.]
RAAAAAAAAAHHHHHH!
Stevens: "What do you say, Boss?"
[Gus is all smiles. He accepts the mic from Jay and addresses his challenge.]
Gus: "It's clear the fans want to see it. You want this..."
[Gus let's it linger.]
Gus: "I believe you're the right choice."
[The Roof is Gone.]
[Adios.]
Stevens: "Thank you."
[Jay extends his hand to Gus, and they shake on it.]
[Jay is all smiles as he walks towards the ring ropes and peers into the crowd. These are his people.]
[The Hometown Boy.]
[The World Heavyweight Champion.]
[Takes on arguably the most popular wrestler in NPW.]
[One last shot of the celebration inside of the ring, before the credits roll.]

Northern Pro Wrestling
Presents
Honor: Heart of Halifax
February 23rd, 2022
Fireworks burst into the rafters and pyros shoot sparkling gold fountains of effects on each side of the stage in the Scotiabank arena! The camera is wide angle from the far back rafters, showing the fans, the stage, the entrance way and ring, and captures the essences of this monumental night for Northern Pro Wrestling.
Blake Samuels: Welcome ladies and gentlemen to Honor, Heart of Halifax!
Archie Rude: This crowd is rambunctious tonight Blake. From the floor to the rafters, they are loud and thrilled for this show tonight!
Blake Samuels: No question about it Archie. With tonight being the culmination of Northern Pro Wrestling’s FOURTH Cruiserweight Cup! Right out of the gate we have a Do or Die Triple Threat.
Archie Rude: This is not like any 3-way match I have seen. To simplify the rules, when someone gains a pin fall or submission on another, they are out of the match and advance to a semi-finals spot against Eddie Havok or Jay Stevens.
Blake Samuels: The Cruiserweight champion Rob Garcia will be fighting Xialong and Vincent Wolf. Without the title on the line, I wonder how important the Cruiserweight Cup is to Garcia?
Archie Rude: You’re sure daft aren’t you Blake. Garcia is going to run the gauntlet tonight and not only win the first fall but go to take on Eddie Havok and break him in half. Garcia’s most definitely the threat and everyone should be concerned about that.
Blake Samuels: It could be Eddie Havok or Jay Stevens, we don’t know exactly how that goes. After them, we will see a returning Leon Van Zandt take on a newer talent here in Canada, Kaupena Yoon.
Archie Rude: I have heard great things about Yoon. Having an anchor in traditional training from the land of the rising sun, Japan. Zandt will have his work cut out for him, if he takes Yoon lightly - I would bet on that.
Blake Samuels: Following that we will have a fatal four way with Danny Ray, Neo James Carner, Dusty Griffith and Takaru Matsui. A doozy of a fight with those four, I don’t envy the referee in charge for that.
Archie Rude: They are professional as professional comes, I expect them to be outstanding. We cannot have more of the tragedies that happened to Donzig in the CWA world title tournament. As much as I want to get behind someone for this, I know Neo James Carner has the win by a mile - so why waste my breath on the others?
Blake Samuels: Alright… and with our first Semi-finals match, we will have Eddie Havok taking on a winner of the Do or Die 3-way. A fresh man, Eddie has the advantage. We have seen throughout his gumption to make things happen and come back swinging.
Archie Rude: Havok has a tall mountain to climb if Jay Stevens has anything to say about it. Remember, the other winner takes on a fresh Jay. While I don’t care for the man on a personal level - professionally, he is in a class of his own. Natural athlete and generational talent fused into the Ace that is Jay Stevens.
Blake Samuels: One of the features tonight is Ronnie Long and Jesse Jamester. No championships on the line, but a lot of pride for what champion is the better. They’ll find out here tonight for the first time ever!
Archie Rude: Followed by a Street Fight without Honor, featuring the Empire! We have only seen the tip of the iceberg with these three. Three future Hall of Famers, what more can you ask for?
Blake Samuels: Facing the Bastards, who love to fight! This is Frank Windsor, Rob Riot and Billy Fowler’s everyday life! They live in the streets, and know what it takes to survive. All bets are off when these six go tonight.
Archie Rude: Expect ambulance and blood, mayhem and mass hysteria! Anything could happen in Northern Pro Wrestling.
Blake Samuels: Last and most importantly the FINALS of the 4th Annual Cruiserweight Cup!
Archie Rude: After all of that, two men will find themselves at the pinnacle of their profession. Only one will be able to call themselves, the Cruiserweight Cup winner.
Blake Samuels: The night is young, but we are not – so let’s get to it as Markus Morin takes— Oh wait, we have a video package here to play I hear. Let’s go to the tape!
Video footage of Jesse Jamester and Julius Fristik entering the building separately, split screen on the tron. The crow erupts as the fan favorites are pictured. On the left, Julius is stopped by a group of young fans. One of them, happens to look a lot like Roxylicious. She sticks something in his right coat pocket, and kisses him on the cheek before disappearing into the crowd of fans. Julius walks on, entering the building, looking back one last time before the cameras cut back to the announce table.
Blake Samuels: I wonder what that was all about.
Archie Rude: That kitten is smitten Blake, that's what.
The camera cuts to ringside where Marcus Morin is ready for the opening introductions.
Singles Match
Fatal Fourway Match
30-Minute Time Limit
Takaru Matsui vs Dusty Griffith vs Neo James Carner vs Danny Ray
'Chris. Card.'
A voice rasped from the darkness, echoing in the shadows.
'You think I have forgotten you? You think the Void has forgotten you? The Great and Empty Dark, eh?'
The voice clucked, and something rustled in that darkness before it spoke again.
'What you stole from us? No, no, no. I remember Chris, and I know you're here in Halifax. I know you in our domain, and I am watching. You see you defeated us once, but that creature is dead! I am changed now, reborn. I am free from the weakness of the KGB, I am free of the constraints of Soutter, I am no longer a man.'
The faint light gleamed off a metal mask, and Donzig leaned forward as he hissed. Head tilting before he shrugged, a hand lifting absently in the dim shadows.
'I am reborn as a God! I am reborn as the beating heart of the Empire! And you are in the North now, and Chris Card? if SWAT is our temple? This is is our fortress! I would tread carefully if I were you, because after I finish sanctifying the Empire with the blood of the Bastards! After I finish righting all the wrongs that Gus Arnold has wrought on NPW! After I show the Murder Lizard and his spawn who is the King of the North!'
Donzig's voice rose to a shriek, and he paused to take a deep breath. A finger pressed against the mouth of his mask, and then he continued in a rasp.
'I will be coming what is rightfully mine! I will be coming for what should have been mine! What is my destiny! You see if Steve gets the Openweight Title, and Timeless gets the North American Double Crown? What does that leave Donzig, eh? What does that leave the Scourge!'
A pause, and Donzig stared at the camera before he leaned closer.
'See you soon, Chris. See you soon.

Cruiserweight Cup Semi Final Match #1
30 Minute Time Limit
Eddie Havok vs. Vincent Wolf
Markus Morin: The following match is scheduled for ONE fall and is a Cruiserweight Cup SEMI FINAL MATCH! Introducing first, representing SWAT! This match will have a thirty-minute time limit! Introducing first, winning the Do or Die 3-Way to earn this semi-final match! He weighed in tonight at 217 pounds! Known the world over as the ‘Alpha Wolf’ – VINCENT WOLF!
The SWAT star made his way out to a mixed reaction of the Canadian loyalist. Not to mention the recent CWA World Title Tournament and what part SWAT played in that. Wrestling fans were a riot of a bunch when it came to their favorites, and tonight Vincent Wolf was hearing their opinions of him. Once in the ring, Vincent Wolf takes to the turnbuckle, where fans boo even louder, before we see a SWAT section with ‘W-O-L-F’ painted on their chests, a letter a person. Turning around, the back said A-L-P-H-A as one guy with a much larger back had the PH. Vincent nods paying respect before jumping off the turnbuckle and stretching using the ropes.
Markus Morin: Introducing his opponent! Hailing from Essex, England! Weighed in this evening at 209 pounds! Here is — EDDIE HAVOK!
"Outlaws and Outsiders" slams over the sound system as the stage lights up with smoke. Rising around the stage, purple and green spotlights begin to sporadically light up all over the ramp and stage. A green neon siren goes off over the top of the stadium, flashing the crowd in it’s bask as it pulses. Eddie Havok comes running out, flipping his hood back as he throws his arms out. Fans share a mixed reaction, more cheers than jeers. With a turn, he begins making his way down the ramp aisleway to the ring, slapping palms with outstretched hands on the way. Eddie slides under the bottom rope and hops to his feet as the music fades and the lights return to their natural state.
A quick acknowledgement of the rules and the thirty minute time limit, the referee checks both men, and then they head to their corners. Bell sounds and Eddie comes hustling out to the center. Vincent Wolf stands firmly in front of his corner, not buying the bait. Eddie shrugs, calling him a ‘rook’ as he gestures with a hand to come get some, which we know Vincent wanted to. These two had no loss for words over the Cruiserweight Cup point qualifying rounds.
Tonight, the trash talk would be put to the test, shut up, and fight. That was what Eddie yells as he come in to grapple Vincent, who ducks under and goes for a wristlock into a hammerlock. Eddie however counters into his own, quickly wrapping the neck up into a side headlock, and dropping Vincent’s head to his waist. Havok float over headlock flips Wolf, and the two are on the mat!
Wolf rolls through, bridging Havok for a moment, but Eddie reverses and lands in his own pin. Arm press up, bridge from Wolf, and Eddie leaps up, thighs arced back as he hand stands using the palms of Vincent Wolf who lays flat on the canvas. Eddie comes knees down and Wolf kicks up! Eddie lands opposite of Vincent, head to head as the hands break grip and both men roll over to their right, to a knee, and stand with a flex or grapple pose.
Fans clap for the display, showing these two had done their scouting, chose to feel one another out, and it was impressively received by the Halifax crowd. Wolf cuts off Havok with a knee to the abdomen as he goes for a grapple and then a whip to the turnbuckle. Havok bounces out of the corner and spins around with a double axe handle smash, taking Wolf off his feet and to his back. A quick cover, Eddie hooks the leg.

2..
Kick out!
Wolf wasn’t going quietly and Eddie picks him up wrapping the head and signaling for a DDT! Wolf reverses and backdrops Havok on the counter. Wolf and Eddie both rise slowly, Wolf with a punch, goes for the elbow thrust and Eddie returns with an uppercut. Wolf arm drags Havok and he bounces up, running into a clothesline from Wolf! Another clothesline! Havok is taking a beating and Wolf seems to be on a roll. He goes for a third clothesline and instead kicks Eddie in the gut, hooking both arms for a tiger driver! Fans are mixed for the SWAT star and the execution of the move as Vincent covers Eddie.

2..
Shoulder up!
Eddie Havok stays alive and is picked up quickly by Wolf who begins slugging away, going for a Russian leg sweep, but Eddie breaks loose and PAY LAY! The foot comes straight across the nose and chin of Wolf, sending him back into the corner. Eddie rushes to his feet and jumps on Wolf, monkey flipping him into the center of the ring!
Eddie Havok gets to his feet and waits as Wolf returns to his, turning into it, and jawbreaker as Eddie sits out under him using his head under the chin to send Wolf to the canvas. Havok propels himself to the ropes, spring boarding off with an Asian moonsault for the ages!
1..
2…
3-Shoulder Up!
Wolf survives, but the momentum was not on his side. Havok was fired up. He sends Wolf to the ropes and ducks a clothesline before catching him with a lariat on the return!
Eddie has shown he came prepared. Lifting Wolf up again, Eddie hooks the neck and goes for a twisting neck breaker! Havok is shoved into the ropes as Wolf counters to catch a break, and spinning wheel kick from Wolf lands on the back of Havok’s head sending him through the ropes to the outside of the ring. Wolf takes his time and climbs the turnbuckle, lining up the aerial attack before leaping on the rising Eddie Havok with a crossbody to the outside! Both men go rolling to their backs as Wolf lands the move with picture perfect accuracy!
A ten count begins from the referee.

Wolf flips over to escape and the match goes on. Eddie is up, grabbing Wolf by the head and sticking his head into his thighs and going for a piledriver, but Wolf reverses and backdrops him! Wolf rushes to the ropes and comes running back to drop a leg drop but Havok rolls out of the way, springs up and drop kicks the chest of Wolf as he sits on his ass.
Eddie springboards off the second rope and launches himself into a corkscrew swanton that hits its mark as he grabs the leg for the cover!

Markus Morin: Winner of this match and advancing to the CRUISERWEIGHT CUP FINALS — Eddie Havok! (20:31)
A match with back and forth, both men having prepared for one another. It was on this night, Eddie Havok would find his 15 minutes under the spotlight. Tonight, Eddie Havok would go on to the Cruiserweight Cup Finals and have the chance to make history. For Vincent Wolf, there was a lesson to be learned and another day to fight. Both men were applauded for the match with a standing ovation from the audience. Whether the SWAT star knew it, he had made an impact in Northern Pro Wrestling.

A Champion's Duel
Non-Title
30-Minute Time Limit
Ronnie Long(c) vs Jesse Jamester(c)
Here. We. Go.
Ronnie Long has been looking to prove himself on many levels since he made his in-ring return last summer. It started with a foray into Trios with Jay Stevens and Gordon Carlson. It then moved into a singles run where Long was able to capture the Northern Openweight Championship. In all ways, Ronnie seems to carry the past with him wherever he goes. Whether it's his former tag team partner Darieq Damien trying to remind him of who he was, and deep down hoping to bring that spirit back to life. Can people truly change? can they walk away from their problems and never look back?
Add to the fact that Ronnie Long has the distinction of being the third wheel (in his mind) of one of the more successful Trios of all time - The Untouchables. Ronnie has been able to hold his own and carve out a strong career from himself that is littered with accolades and distinctions. However, it doesn't appear to be enough? As Ronnie holds the Northern Openweight Championship, but appears to yearn for more. Yearn for something greater, something that can unequivocally put him in the same category of his former stable-mates.
After speaking with Gus Arnold about his desires, the match was set.
For Jesse Jamester, it appears as if it's just another day at the office. He's carrying the big gold, which means he's the target of each and every man on the roster. The target on his back grows with each passing day, but that also seems to be his personal calling card. JJ welcomes the fight, and hasn't shown any backdown since going out on his own in search of wrestling greatness. Whether it's Alex Turner, Donzig or Ronnie Long - He seems ready to fight.
This champion's dual is all about the spirit of competition. The two singles champions in the company have made it clear that they respect one and other, and have crossed paths in the past without actually stepping into the ring with each other. It's funny how the world works, and as luck would have it- Northern Pro Wrestling ends up being the place where these two superstars collide for the first time and the stakes couldn't be higher.
Ronnie Long set the parameters of this match by seeking it's approval from Gus Arnold, and Jesse Jamester stepped up and accepted. Both men could feel the energy in the arena, and when they bell sounded, they walked toward each other like to two lions ready to battle it out for every sacred inch of the ring that stood between them.
As the match progressed, it was clear that both of these men were going to give and take the best shots they could muster. Much to the delight of the crowd, they knew they were witnessing something special. Both men were going to leave with their championships in tow, so perhaps it would allow for one or both to take some extra risks, knowing that the glory and notoriety of winning match like this was what was truly on the line.
RAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!
This first crowd explosion of the match came with Ronnie Long knocking JJ through the ropes with a vicious lariat. He didn't catch him all the way clean, but with enough force to knock The North American Double Crown holder out of the ring, and change his mood to something a little more vicious.
Long levelled JJ with a running clothesline as JJ tried to get back into the ring, and stood over him, with the aura of a man who wanted to claim the ring as his own. JJ sensed it, and snarled as he decided to use the ring steps to re-enter this time, which would hopefully force Long to give a clean break and allow him to walk through the ropes as the referee watched on. He was right.
Long came forward, but ate a kick to the gut, a knife edge chop, before having a front face lock slapped on him and JJ took Long down to the mat hard with a vicious DDT. JJ was back up quickly, pulling Long back to his feet... JESTERPL_NO! Long reverses and executes a nice release german suplex!
JJ hit the mat hard, but wasn't going to show any signs of weakness. He was up for more before nay regular man should be, which caught Long off guard. A swing a miss, a duck under. Belly to Belly!! JJ had launched Long across the ring - which is no small task. JJ took the big man over with precision and power in one fluid motion.
Let's Go RONNIE!
Let's go JESSE!
Let's go RONNIE!
Let's go JESSE!
JJ hit a big boot, and attempted a power bomb, but Long was hip to it and muscled his way free sand started hammering away at JJ with short forearms strikes, before and Irish whip -- BIG BOOT! JJ was stunned...
SPEAR!
RAAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!!

Not so fast.
The crowd was going apeshit. This had all the makings of a big fight, and these two weren't working up to anything. The moves were coming hot and heavy, and both men were ready to take the other out at a moment's notice.
JJ got to his feet, running hook clothesline for his troubles. Once again Long stood over JJ, showing him that he was every bit the man he claimed to be, and likely the biggest and baddest that JJ had fought in Northern Pro Wrestling to date. Ronnie picked JJ up, looked to attempt powerbomb, but JJ got him with a backdrop! Long was up off the canvas quickly, but ate a kick to the gut, followed by a double arm DDT!

NOO!!
Long got his shoulder up.
Holy Hell that was the closest fall of the match, and it would've been the end right there.
Long was trying to get to his feet, as JJ ran forward and tried to hit a spear, but Long clipped JJ in the jaw with a knee strike. Perfectly timed and it stopped JJ right in his tracks. Back and forth, back and forth.
Long with nothing but instincts to protect himself had caught JJ flush. Long stumbled, and decided to attempt a pinfall.

2..
NO!!!
Jesse was able to kickout before three. That was close, as these blows come with vicious intent. Obviously both men have high pain tolerances - mix that in with lots of adrenaline and the desire to succeed and we've got one hell of a battle on our hands. Seven minutes into the match and more near falls followed. Both men were clearly looking to take advantage of every pin attempt, not wanting to overlook something and then have it come back to bite them.
As noted, this wasn't exactly a 'feel em out' kind of altercation, but the fans were loving it. Lots of words were exchanged and threats were made. If nothing else, these two champions were endearing themselves even further to the Northern Pro faithful.
Both men were back up to a neutral base, with Jesse doing his best to fight off the pain of some of Long's vicious arsenal of offensive moves. JJ was able to block a strike, keep the arm and irish-whip Long into the corner, before catching Long with a step up knee strike as Long was prone in the corner. Long was forced tighter into the corner before JJ grabbed a hold of Long's neck and wrenched it forward with force - sending Long ass over tea kettle in a seated position. JJ took a few quick steps and punted Long in the small of the back. Stepped back, stepped forward and did it again!
WHAM!
OHHHHHH!
JJ then stood above Long, grabbed his right arm and bent it backwards, trying to dislocate his shoulder by wrenching on it and pulling it behind Long's head. While not known for his grappling, Long has been around enough to know he needed to flee this situation and stat.
JJ dropped to one knee and added more pressure which had Long writhing in pain.
[Rope Break.]
Long was able to extend his leg and put it on the bottom rope. Breaking the hold.
Long got into referee's position, and was looking to get to his feet, shaking his arm, looking to get some semblance of feeling back into it. JJ then stomped away at Long's lower back hopefully softening him up for a big finish. Long gritted through it, and used his hands to grab Jesse by the leg, and use that position to posture up and then grabbed his ankle. Before JJ knew it, Long and grabbed an ankle lock and Jesse was fighting to get to the ropes.
The fans popped as long showed tremendous ring-awareness and overall resiliency.
[Rope Break.]
Long looked perturbed that he wasn't able to hold onto the leg/ankle, but sent a stern warning to JJ that while he might be more of a power wrestler, he is capable of taking hold of a limb, just the way he did there and not giving it back.
JJ got up, turned to face Long and was about to lay hands on him until...
[The Crowd Started to Stir.]
[Empire.]
[Alex Turner.]
[Steve Awesome.]
[Donzig.]
Jesse Jamester has been clashing with both Donzig and Alex Turner as of late. Ronnie Long and Steve Awesome tore the house down last fall, and it was Long who unseated Awesome as the Openweight Champion, which helped prompt this Champion's duel in the first place.
Both men inside of the ring were thinking the same thing. It's time we keep an eye on what's creeping towards the ring, and put our beef aside. Donzig lead the charge, and he and Steve Awesome quickly rushed to the ring and jumped up on the apron, which caused the referee to get in between them and coming inside. JJ and Long both tried to tell the referee to 'let them go' as they were ready to fight them since they had made it apparent they were there to take this shining moment away from Long and JJ.
Timeless walked around to the other side of the ring. Behind the referee's back - he appeared ready to pounce. Except, Long saw it coming!
RAAAAAAAHHH!!
Timeless took a swing, but Long ducked, and had him locked up. Double chickenwing behind his back! Long shouted to JJ, who turned around to see what was taking place. The referee continued to fight off Donzig and Awesome. Who were now trying to get into the ring to put a stop to a potential attack on their stablemate.
JJ hit the ropes, and with all of his might came forward with a LARIAT!!
Except Timeless ducked and he got RONNIE LONG CLEAN!!
BOOOO!!
Timeless laughed, as he ducked, rolled out of the ring and flipped JJ the bird.
JJ saw nothing but red, and all of that angst he felt came out in one strike, but he nailed Long instead of Timeless.
Long was down, Timeless mocked JJ, but reminded him that he's in a match right now, and to take the opportunity for himself. JJ out of sheer instinct dropped down and covered Long.

Markus Morin: The Winner of the Champion's Duel - Jesse Jamester (11:57)
The crowd remained stunned, as all three members of Empire came together on the opposite side of the ring to mock JJ a little more. Their interference caused the end of the match, but their wrinkle in this whole affair wasn't wanted or needed. Of course they would take any chance to continue to get into JJ's head, hoping to break him down.
It's only a matter of time before the tide turns. With the announcement earlier in the evening that Jesse Jamester and Alex Turner would meet inside of the ring at Crowning of a Champion III. Every move they make, every detail in their gameplan now has an end date.
Ronnie Long was getting to his feet, and once it was clear that Empire weren't interested in getting their hands dirty before their Fight Without Honor, JJ turned his back to them and helped Ronnie up. The crowd cheered, as both men gave it their all, and put on one hell of a fight.
These are the types of moments one doesn't forget. The relationship between Ronnie Long and Jesse Jamester has now changed, and it would appear is lined with respect. Perhaps these two will meet again - but at the moment, it appears as though Ronnie Long is looking to get his hands on Empire for inserting themselves in his business.

The Bastards [Windsor/Fowler/Riot] vs Empire [Timeless/Steve Awesome/Donzig]

A riled up crowd pulses with energy as fans go ballistic and the camera pans the arena attendance to capture their reaction. Markus Morin gives them their moment, waiting for the queue as he takes center ring and the lights in the Scotiabank arena dim. A spotlight finds its way to Markus, highlighting him in his pastel red suit and the white tie with hearts on it.
Markus Morin: The following match is the Do or Die Elimination Match! This match will be elimination based, with each submission or pin fall picking up a victory - and sending the victor on to the Semi-finals of the Cruiserweight Cup later tonight. He rolls and kips up into a dragon stance ignoring the reactions and boos from the fans.

"And we ain't got time to bleed."
"Turbo Killer" by Carpenter Brut begins to play as darkness engulfs the arena. Red strobe lights illuminate the entranceway, showing the outline of a figure that make it's way out from behind the curtains.
As the music picks up, the arena lights come back to life and it's... Rob Garcia! Posing with a suave look of confidence in his appearance and demeanor, the ReVenant high flyer was on a mission and focused as he stalked the ramp to the ring; ignoring the jeers of the audience in attendance.
Entering the ring with a flip over the top rope and rolling to a knee in the center of the ring, a surge of red pyro, confetti, and streamers are released behind him as he pops to his feet, bouncing on the toes of his feet. Laughing, covered in the celebratory mess, The ReVenant's Rob Garcia takes to his corner and prepares with some stretches before the match ahead. He takes off the Cruiserweight Championship and sticks it under his turnbuckle.
Markus Morin: And introducing the last challenger, hailing from SWAT! He is known as the ‘Alpha Wolf’, here is – VINCENT WOLF!
The young man had made a statement in Gus Arnold’s Canadian based promotion since joining; showing that the young whipper-snapper was not to be taken lightly. His ability far surpassed the look of this clean shaven kid who looked innocent to the naked eye. With the doubts being put to bed, Vincent Wolf would have one more opportunity tonight to close that door on the remaining nay-sayers and find himself an opportunity to make it to the fourth annual Cruiserweight Cup finals if he could pick up a win tonight.
Within moments the bell sounds and the match begins. Xialong and Vincent Wolf feel one another out, going for a test of strength, to which Garcia waits and dropkicks Xialong in the back, sending him rushing head first into Wolf. Rob takes Xialong by the waist and back body drops him into a bridge!

Xialong grabs his boot and trips Vincent finally, Rob side kicks him in the head as he sits between them. Xialong sits up and chops, Garcia shin kicks, Xialong CHOPS, Garcia KICKS!

Xialong is upset but Garcia seems annoyed with Xialong and ships him into the ropes by his tights and shoulder! Xialong grabs the ropes and front flips over the top rope, landing on the apron flush with his feet. He runs to the nearest corner, leaps up to the top rope and dives with a lariat at Garcia!

Xialong can’t believe it, thinking that was all he wrote for and onto the semi-finals. Not so much, as Garcia crawls towards the apron. Xialong whips Wolf into the ropes, Wolf counters and Xialong runs straight towards Garcia! SIDE KICK TO THE FACE! Garcia leaps on the apron, smashing a kick into Xialong, but Xialong’s force sends Garcia to the floor on the outside and Wolf schoolboys Xialong into a cover!

Markus Morin: First fall has been award and advancing to the semi-finals, VINCENT WOLF!
Xialong kicks out late and looks on in shock as Vincent Wolf rolls out of the ring, walking backwards up the ramp as he shrugs at Xialong and waves goodbye. The night was young, and Wolf had made the most of his opportunity. Now Xialong would need to put away Garcia if he wished to stay alive in the Cruiserweight Cup. Xialong rolls to the outside of the ring and goes for Garcia, grabbing him by the neck and goes to throw him into the ring when Garcia reverses and counter irish whips Xialong into the steel steps! Rob Garcia cracks a smile as Xialong seems to take the steps head on and sends the top set tumbling over in the process.

Markus Morin: Winner of this match via pin fall and heading to the semi-finals, XIALONG!
An upset for the Cruiserweight champion, but a taste of his own medicine was served here as Xialong did to Garcia what Rob tried doing to him. Tonight though, the Dark Star confidant would find himself advancing in the Cruiserweight Cup and Garcia would be left to watch on. Garcia, holding his chest, sits on his knees as he goes to stand - and buckles down due to his ankle. Something appears to have been injured on that last move, and while we are unsure what, it doesn’t look good as the referee calls for help. Garcia shoves the referee away and rolls under the bottom rope, but hobbles as he appears unable to put pressure on the ankle.

Garcia rolls into the ring and yells at the referee to start the count.

Xialong cradles Garcia and grabs the ropes as he gets the cover, out of the referee’s field of vision.

Taped Earlier in the Day.
People buzz about backstage in the loading dock area of the Scotiabank Arena hours prior to the event. It’s a big night for everyone with a loaded card and the fourth annual Cruiserweight Cup being decided.
Over and beyond the constant human traffic a trio can be seen entering through one of the large bay doors. They’re all geared up in similar looking black and white track jackets.
Taking point is Nicole Anderson, the spunky, fun-loving blonde wrestler is flanked by her fellow Wrecking Crew teammates, Jay Stevens and Dusty Griffith; both of whom are looking ready for their business later on tonight.
Their attention is grabbed from off-camera, causing the group to veer from their path and stop near some production road cases.
"Wrecking Crew in the house!”
The trio stops to address the cameraman and his TMZ style guerilla tactics. Kid Dynamite is as excited as always, looking ready to fight even without a match on the card. Stevens, however, looks to be laser focused and just wanting to get ready for what’s to come. Griffith, on the other hand, looks annoyed by the interruption while he stands there with his jaw clenched.
Camera Guy: Dusty Griffith, Jay Stevens and Kid Dynamite. How are you feeling about your matches tonight?
Anderson: We are pumped, bay-bee! The big man, Dusty Griffith, is going to crush some fools like beer cans and the future of wrestling, Jay Stevens, will lift that Cruiserweight Cup high in victory. Me? I'm going to do my thing and look good all night. It's going to be awesome, daddy!
A moment of stunned silence as Kid Dynamite fully embraces her inner shill.
Camera Guy: Ooooo-kay. Dusty Griffith, you're in a big four-way match tonight. Another chance to show Northern Pro Wrestling what you're all about. What do you think your chances are?
Dusty’s eyes narrow as he bores a hole into the guy, but an elbow to his ribs from Nicole breaks his concentration. Looking towards her, he rolls his eyes and relents.
Griffith: Fine. It’s like this. They can prop up this fiasco of a match as some kind of fast track for the winner; and I’m sure there’s plenty of truth to it…
Before he can continue, Anderson butts in.
Anderson: Okay, we get it. You don’t like and, I quote, ‘scrambled eggs nonsense matches like this’... but what he really means is, the bossman knew none of these guys stood a chance against the big guy here on their own. So, presto-chango, a four way dance of death to make the odds a little more fair for those other guys.
Dusty looks at Nicole, shaking his head as a smile threatens to crack his stone scowl.
Camera Guy: I don't think this match is to the death…
Anderson: Have you not seen Dusty Griffith compete before? It is to. the. death.
She pauses to look back at Dusty, who shrugs and nods to display his acknowledgement of the facts as laid out by his hyper-active cohort.
Camera Guy: Okay then. Jay Stevens. Tonight could be the night that you finally get your hands on the Cruiserweight Cup that has eluded you.
Stevens: Yes.
Camera Guy: Do you have any thoughts on the matches tonight?
Stevens: I'm going to win. Emphatically. Violently. Decisively.
Nicole bursts in again.
Anderson: Hell yeah he's going to win! Jay Stevens is your next Cruiserweight Cup winner!
She grabs the camera with both hands and pulls it tight to her face.
Anderson: You like that?! You want some more?! Wrecking Crew, bitch!
She cackles wildly as Stevens encourages her to release the camera. As it shakes free, Griffith shrugs and walks away, Stevens closely behind him.
"Let's go."
Anderson stays behind, posing and grinning.
"NOW!"
The monstrous paw of the Bad Man from Boise reaches in and snatches her by the collar, pulling her clean off her feet and out of frame.
Anderson: Hey! Put me down! You want to fight, old man?! Fuuuuu…
The audio quickly cuts followed by video.

Singles Match
20-Minute Time Limit
Kaupena Yoon vs Leon Van Zandt
Markus Morin: The following match is scheduled for ONE fall and will have a twenty minute time limit! Introducing first, hailing from O'ahu, Hawaii! He weighed in this evening at two hundred one pounds! Known as the ‘Murderous Intent’ – KAUPENA YOON!
The arena goes black. The crowd, in warbled drunken, adrenalized unison, join the announcer’s spiel. That last syllable, chanted by Kaupena Yoon’s former fans and echoed no doubt, by millions upon millions in front of monitors in dens, living rooms, sports bars and less wholesome establishments across the world. The crowd leans forward. Then the lights in the arena dim. The Big Screen comes to life with just static. Spotlights cut through the murky darkness of the arena while a traditional Japanese violin starts to play around it. The sound of the crowd booing, barely visible in the darkness, suddenly disappears as they know what is coming next.
Quick cuts of the former masked wrestler from somewhere flashes onto the big screen. It’s a spectacle, and we see bits and snippets of it all, a standing shooting star press, a springboard moonsault, a hurricanrana, a springboard plancha into the third row of a crowd. The picture bleeds red until we see the hooded figure. “Remember the name” by Fort Minor starts playing.
Out comes the newcomer to the Northern Pro Wrestling scene and someone who had a mystique to his presentation. It would be a new challenger for his opponent LVZ tonight, and while that might concern others, LVZ was never known to back down from a fight. Kaupena Yoon makes his ring entrance and stands in a corner, ready for his opponent’s entrance.
Markus Morin: Introducing the challenger, hailing from Ghent, Belgium! He weighed in this evening at two hundred thirty five pounds! Known to the world over as “The Professional” — LEON VAN ZANDT!
Walking out to an astounding ovation does LVZ. His fans never wavering in their support for his rapid catch wrestling style and grit to overcome the odds in any situation he is presented. Tonight, that grit would be tested in the newcomer, who from the looks of it, was staring him down as Leon Van Zandt made his way down the ramp. Using the steps, Leon walks up to the apron and wipes his boots off before pointing out at a fan’s sign with his name on it, cracking a rather uncommon smile before nodding and stepping into the ring.
Before he can get through the ropes Yoon hits the veteran with a knee to the ribs as his first foot steps between the ropes. Grabbing LVZ by the neck, Yoon pulls him into the ring, blasting him in the back with forearms before hooking the neck and going for a DDT! Yoon however is thrown off when LVZ has grabbed the rope behind him and stopped himself from falling, seeing Yoon hit his back to the mat and LVZ stand before him. A stomp follows and Yoon knows he messed up. LVZ grabs the star by his leg and Yoon kicks to try and escape his grasp, but LVZ is versed in the art of submission and as Yoon turns, LVZ drops on him and applies an ankle lock!
Yoon reaches for the ropes, and LVZ shakes his head as he pulls him back from it. Yoon spins over and with his free leg kicks LVZ in the knee twice before LVZ bends over to wallop him back. This gives Yoon just enough time to kick him in the right ear, and LVZ breaks the hold as he cups his ear, the referee checking to make sure it’s not serious. LVZ turns around with a face of anger rising, to which Yoon has found his way up and dropkicks the veteran into the turnbuckle! Yoon bounces up and wastes no time in running straight towards LVZ in the corner, canon ball body attack!
BUT LVZ CATCHES YOON! With a feat of strength, the Professional has Yoon upside down, locked around the waist with a grip so tight that a gorilla would be impressed - and PILEDRIVER!
Yoon bounces off the canvas, exiting the ring as he rolls to the apron. LVZ is up quickly after the execution and heads to the apron, walking it from the corner to Yoon’s position in the middle. Picking Yoon up off the apron and to his feet, the new athlete fights back with a series of blows, before LVZ elbow strikes him in the nose and hooks him from the back. Yoon is holding onto the top rope as LVZ looks to be going for a German suplex off the apron!
Fans teetering on their seats, cheering on the Northern Pro favorite in Leon Van Zandt - hoping for the move to be pulled off! The referee gets close, yelling that he has to begin a count out if they don’t get back in the ring. Yoon shakes his head, grabs the referee by the shirt and pleads for help - LOW BLOW! Leon Van Zandt’s grip breaks and he drops off the apron and to his knees on the floor as Yoon argues with the referee that he slipped. The ref isn’t buying it, but he was distracted and didn’t see the illegal move.
Yoon drops off the apron and stomps LVZ’s back in doing so. The show of satisfaction for his behavior evident in his walk, shoulders and chest puffed out, proud of his handy work. Yoon slams an elbow into the neck of LVZ and lifts him to his feet, before throwing him under the bottom rope. The ‘Murderous Intent’ climbs the turnbuckle, looking to put his opponent away with an aerial move. From the perch of the top rope, Yoon leaps into the air, 450 splash!
CRASH!
The moment he left the top rope, Leon Van Zandt rolls out of the way and it’s all canvas for Yoon! Coming up behind him, Leon hooks the out of sorts opponent and BUTTERFLY SUPLEX! With a quick cover, he hooks the leg.
1..
2..
3…
Ding! Ding! Ding!
Like that, the Professional finds his opportunity and takes full advantage of it. Yoon had tried to play his book of dirty deeds, but one mistake would be the difference of a victory and a loss this evening.
Markus Morin: Winner of this match by pin fall, The Professional - Leon Van Zandt! (9:38)
Standing victorious, the arm of Leon Van Zandt gets the lift from the referee, and LVZ soaks in the moment as fans let him know, they love him. Now it was up Leon to see how far he could take it. With divisions wide open, would he take on the Cruiserweight division or aim for the Openweight? Stacking wins and taking advantage of opportunities, that was the recipe for success.

Fatal Fourway Match
30-Minute Time Limit
Takaru Matsui vs Dusty Griffith vs Neo James Carner vs Danny Ray
There was a special buzz in the arena when it was time for this match to get underway. Something about the potential chaos that could be around the corner. Perhaps it was the contrasting styles of the men involved in this match. Texas Tornado rules are in effect, so that means there is no count out, but pinfalls and submissions must be attempted inside of the ring. No tags are required, so from the moment the bell sounds, all four men are legal at all times, and each decision they make will help decide whether they're successful or not.
Alliances could be formed - but likely only for a short time. New enemies are usually a by product of such an encounter. Four men, one winner - and that winner is almost certainly guaranteed to have opportunities ahead for him.
DING! DING! DING!
RAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!
We've been made aware that Dusty Griffith hates these kinds of matches, so in a unique play - Dusty hung back in his corner and let the fight begin without inserting himself right away. Danny Ray went for Matsui and the two men exchanged blows. Neo James Carner watched before running and driving his knee into the small of Danny Rays back when he had his back turn. A quick nod to Matsui, and suddenly both men were body slamming Ray to the mat.
Dusty walked forward, seeing the two on one taking place. Neo thought he could attack and get the first shot in, much like he had just accomplished.
Wrong.
NJC rushed forward looking to strike Dusty with a knee strike, but Dusty blocked it with both hands, spun him around and Atomic Dropped him! Neo staggered forward with a slight look of embarrassment on his face. Dusty adjusted his knee pad, and walked forward, Neo spun around with a wild shot, Dusty moved back a step and then flatted Neo with a short clothesline!
Matsui used the ropes to catapult himself from the apron, but Dusty caught him.
POWERSLAM!
Danny Ray had cleared the cob webs, and he cut Dusty off, trying to get a few shots in on Matsui while he was on the mat. Dusty continued to approach, which made Danny feel like he had to do something. In a more traditional sense, the two men locked up, both taking the high road. Danny tried to exert the force needed to move Dusty backwards, but he was struggling. While in the collar and elbow, Neo was back up and he clipped Dusty's knee from behind, which broke the lock, and Danny executed a front kick as Dusty was buckling. WHAM!
Danny didn't discriminate, as he pushed forward and clotheslines NJC as well! Matsui was up, he ran forward and dropkicked Ray in the back of the head, sending him outside of the ring! Takaru was going to go all out in this contest, and that much was proven when he climbed to the top rope and hit Danny with a flying cross body from the top rope to the arena floor!
Matsui popped up after a few moments, holding his ribs.
Inside of the ring, Dusty and NJC were getting to their feet. Dusty had his head down, so NJC was able to drive him to the mat with a bulldog! Dusty's size and weight helped make the move more impactful, as Neo put all of his weight and force behind it. A pinfall attempt yielded a 1.5 count only.
Matsui entered the ring, and decided it was best to try and slow down the big man from Boise. He had already clicked with NJC early in the match with their attempts to take out Danny Ray. Matsui and NJC were slugging away at Dusty who was attempting to get back to his feet. He ate a few shots knowing it was in his best interest to get off the mat. Once back up, Dusty showed great technique by covering up and smothering some of the shots coming his way. Dusty elbowed NJC in the gut, and slammed his head not Matsui's!
BELLY TO BELLY by Dusty on NJC!
1
2NO!
Matsui made the save.
Danny Ray was up and rolled into the ring and blasted Matsui with a running hooked clothesline! He ws fired up, and went for Dusty, I guess his time on the outside of the ring while he was recovering was enough for him to realize that these matches can end at anytime, and he didn't need or want any allies. After firing up and unloading on Dusty, he swiftly kicked NJC in the gut and dropped him with a vicious DDT.
Ray was back up, looked to continue fighting Dusty, but when he lunges forward, Dusty trapped his arms and tosses his own head into Danny's. Open hand slaps to the face and ears were next, and Danny did his best to cover up.
Matsui tried to blindside Dusty and caught a few slaps for his trouble. Another Belly to Belly from Dusty on Danny! Popped up, and back elbow to Matsui, and then the firmest chop you'll see!
WHACK!
WOOO!!
WHACK!!
WOOO!!!
Dusty fired up for another, but NJC hooked his arm, and then turned him...
BACKSLIDE!
1
2NO!
Dusty kicks out.
Dusty gets up, SUPERKICK!
WHACK!
Neo caught him clean. Dusty dropped down to his knees. Running dropkick to the mush from Matsui!
The biggest man in the contest was once again on the mat, and it seemed as though the three others were clearly looking for a way to either eliminate him, or keep him at bay long enough to get their hands on the weakest link in the match and earn the victory.
Meanwhile, Matsui traded blows with Danny Ray like they were in a hockey rink - which brought the crowd to their feet. A good ol' fashioned Donnybrook Boys!
That was until Neo grabbed Danny from behind and dumped him on the back of his head with a german suplex! Neo hit the ropes and used the momentum to drop a machine gun elbow into the sternum of the fallen Danny Ray. Not missing a beat, Matsui hit the second rope... Moonault! He held for the cover...
1
2NO Neo wasn't going to let that happen!
Matsui got in Neo's face, as both men were working well together as a team - but this is where these types of things are always short term. Neo didn't like Matsui's attitude and took this opportunity to slug him with a closed fist. Matsui let out a battle cry and pushed forward with a bunch of open handed strikes, backing Neo into the corner! A big Hip toss followed, and then a running punt to the back of Neo as he was in the seated position in the middle of the ring.
Dusty was up and spotted an opportunity to unleash his own brand of violence. It didn't take long, but Matsui was up in the air and struggled to break free - but Dusty had dropped him with a back suplex! Neo was in range, and he ate a palm strike, and then an exploder suplex!
Danny was back in the fray, but he ate a shot, was tucked down, Dusty was going for this Atomic Powerbomb, but Danny low blowed him!!
OHHHHH!!
BOOOOO!!
Matsui hot-footed it behind Dusty, trying to secure a roll up! But Danny Ray was right there to cut him off with a forearm to the back of the head! Danny grabbed Matsui and blasted him into the mat with a sitout powerbomb!
LARIAT~!! from Dusty on Neo on the other side of the ring. Danny held Matsui down for the cover..
1..
2.
NO! Dusty made the save! At the very last split second, it appeared as though Danny nearly had the match won.
On the other side of the ring Neo James Carner was on the mat, looking up from a three point stance. He had taken some abuse so far in the match, but appeared ready to stay in this for the long haul. Neo Speared Dusty who was just turning around and didn't see it coming. Lets, rights and elbows from above were all part of his attack, and once again Dusty didn't do his best to cover up and smother the shots coming from above.
Neo showed great ring awareness as he got off of Dusty and didn't over commit to the offense, instead went over and blasted Matsui with a Superkick!
Neo went for Danny, but he saw it coming, grabbed the foot, swept his leg and turned it around into a single leg crab!
Neo was in the middle of the ring, struggling to get to the ropes. It looked like it was in deep. Would he tap?
WHAM!!
Dusty blasted Danny with a European uppercut that jacked his jaw, forcing him to break the hold.
Up onto the apron Matsui had cleared the cobwebs and was ready to take flight. DROPKICK to the back of Dusty's head, sending him face first into the second turnbuckle. Matsui rushed forward with a curb-stomp-like attack into the turnbuckle where Dusty laid prone!
Neo James Carner popped back up to his feet only to be blindsided by Danny Ray. The man without a family smothered the Neo and lashed out with right hands to the forehead before pulling him up to his feet and sending him into the corner. Danny ran at NJC and hit him with an avalanche body attack. NJC stumbled forward and went ass over teakettle from a Northern Light's suplex from Danny Ray!
1
2
NO! Matsui makes the save! Matsui was working over Dusty, and showed the presence of mind to turn away and stop the pinfall from happening!
The fans thought that was it. The NPW Newcomer was that close from securing another huge victory in the short time he's been a member of the roster.
Danny got up and turned into a boot to the midsection from Matsui that doubled him over. Matsui set Danny up for a powerbomb and drilled him to the mat before folding him up for the cover…
1
2
NO?
Griffith had recovered in the corner just in time to rush over and grab Matsui with a waistlock and send him flying with a German suplex to break up the pin! Matsui bounced on impact and ended up out on the floor, while Danny Ray also escaped from the ring after the assist from Griffith.
In the chaos, NJC stayed out of the way while he bided his time before rushing in and attacking Griffith with hammering blows to the back. NJC pushed him into the corner and opened with a barrage of chops to Dusty’s chest.
The fans “woo’d” with every blow that cut through the air.
After a few hits, NJC got cocky and slapped Dusty across the face. This only served to wake Dusty, which caused the fans to cheer as straightened up. Realizing his error, NJC backed off and pleaded for mercy as an angry Dusty stalked towards him.
EYE RAKE!
DAMN HIM!
The blow dropped Dusty to his knees as both hands went to protect his face.
The crowd booed in response to NJC’s dirty tricks, who basked in being reviled by the masses as a smirk covered his face in appreciation for his own handiwork.
Nearby, Matsui tried to get back in the ring, but was cut off by NJC, who cracked him with a thrust kick to the chin that sent him back to the floor.
NJC turned back to Griffith, but saw Danny Ray trying to return to the ring. Kicking Dusty down, NJC rushed over and kicked Danny Ray in the head. Then ran him across the ring and ejected him over the top rope where he crashed into Matsui.
Over in the corner, Griffith was now standing and rubbing his eyes. Seeing his chance, NJC jumped on Dusty and battered him with a flurry of elbows and knees before shooting him across to the other corner.
NJC rushed in after him, but Griffith exploded out of the corner and ran right through him with a shoulder tackle! NJC bounced back up, but was met by Griffith who grabbed him in a clinch and caved in his midsection with a knee lift!
From there it was academic as Griffith stuffed NJC’s head between his legs and yoked him up high in the air before hurling him back to the mat…
ATOMIC POWERBOMB!
Dusty rolled forward on the impact, putting all of his weight down on NJC as he folded him in half for the cover.

Markus Morin: Winner of this match via pinfall Dusty Griffith! (13:46)
We watch as Danny Ray looks on, knowing he had his opportunities. The camera gets a close up of Matsui, who appears to be muttering to himself - knowing full well the match was there for the taking.
Dusty Griffith held his arm up and nodded to the fans as he exited the ring after what was a hellacious battle.

[Somewhere Backstage.]
'Chris.

Cruiserweight Cup Semi Final Match #2
30-Minute Time Limit
Jay Stevens vs Xiaolong
These two men both exemplify hard work and determination. Xiaolong knows what he's good at, and sticks with it. His hard hitting style has won him many matches and an equal dose of fan support. After working his way through a gauntlet earlier in the night, one would have to imagine that he's walking into this contest at less than 100%. We've come to know and understand Xiaolong's past, and the generation before him that have helped sculpt the man he is today. A victory over Jay Stevens would be a major feather in his cap and the most prolific of his victories thus far in Northern Pro Wrestling.
Standing across the ring for him, is the young man that has done it his way. The young man who has done his best to forge his own path in this sport, refusing to rest on his family name for support. This was Jay's third attempt at bringing home the illustrious Cruiserweight Cup, and he had made it clear that this was going to be his year. The two men exchanged pleasantries before locking up.
The fans were eager to watch- as they believed they were watching two men at the top of their games, two men with excellent futures, and two men who will help carry Northern Pro Wrestling through 2022 and beyond.
The match started out with a long feeling out period of chain wrestling, with each man seemingly ready for what the other was about to do. Both men were showing that they had spent the time to review and study their opponents tendencies, and early on we were locked in a stalemate. The fans approved, and let their voices be heard. This was the kind of wrestling they desired, and these were the types of competitors they paid to see.
Xiaolong knew he helped the striking advantage, so that's where he went when the two men met in the middle of the ring for a second time. Xia knew this was going to be his ticket to success, and if he could force Jay away from the mat, and force him to defend strikes at a rapid pace, which might slow him down early on. After a series of vicious kicks to the ribs had Jay on the met,
A reverse chin lock was next and this lead into cuffing crosface blows from both sides, forcing Stevens to try and cover up while also planning his escape. They were legal blows, and they were finding their mark. Xialolong knew he had some catching up to do, and that Jay had been sitting in the back, fresh as a daisy. One final heavy shot came in the form of a short forearm strike to Jay's jaw.
While Jay was in a defensive position, Xia took side position a T'D off with a vicious side kick to the sternum of the former Cruiserweight Champion.
WHAM!
Jay felt the effects, and slumped forward, which allowed Xiaolong to stomp away on the lower back area. Sensing danger, and showing great in-ring awareness - Jay looked up, and timed his next move perfectly. As Xia was about to come down with another stomp, Jay grabbed his adversaries foot, sweeping him. Jay held onto the leg, and went to the mat and started to wrench at it with all of the might he could muster. Xia was in trouble and trapped - but was able to lunge forward to grab the ropes and break the hold.
The referee separated them, but when he did, he had his back to Xia who decided to reach around and execute a low blow to Jay!
BOOOOOO!
Jay was down to one knee, which is where Xiaolong saw an opportunity and hit the ropes and nailed Jay with a running knee strike. He caught him flush.

NO!
Kick out!
Xia didn't seem worried, as he stalked Jay - knowing the fact that the tide had changed so quickly, that it didn't allow Jay to prepare for the slow blow or the vicious strike that followed. The hardest shots to defend are the ones you don't see coming.
Xia was calmly looking for the right moment to strike again and found it when Jay tried to get up, but Xia kicked him in the ribs. Xiaolong grabbed Jay picked him up over his head in a body slam position, and dropped Jay straight down across his knee, further targeting Jay's ribs.
'Baby Dragon' could be heard telling the crowd that he was in control, and that Jay was going to have a hard-time breathing for the rest of the evening.
BOOOOOO!!
The fans had noted that Xiaolong was ready to do whatever it took to advance, and if that meant using force, or tip toeing around the rules - so be it.
As Jay was in all kinds of pain - Xia looked proud of his handiwork. Xiaolong then decided dish out some more punishment, and he did so by wrapping Jay up in the ropes. He grabbed him by the cheeks, and squeezed, forcing Stevens gasp for air, before Xiaolong slapped him, telling Jay he was going to enjoy every moment of this beatdown.
WOOOO!
Knife Edge Chop
WOOOOO!
And Another!
Jay fell forward, down to one knee once again.
Xiaolong picked Jay up, looking to inflict more punishment, but Jay executed a perfectly timed Judo throw when they were in close. As Xia flipped, Jay held on, and took the bump with his opponent and landed on top in the perfect position to execute a neck crank from side position. Jay held onto the headlock, synched in tightly, and was using all of the force he could generate to torque on Xia's neck!

Jay released the hold as Xia's foot had luckily landed just under the bottom rope on the far side of the ring.
Let's Go Jay!
Let's Go Jay!
Xia snarled, as he pushed forward, looking to take Jay down with a spear, but Jay got his knee up in time and caught Xia clean. Jay saw the opportunity, he grabbed Xia and was looking to execute his patented Belly to Belly Suplex!
RAAAAAAH!!
But Xia blocked it, and sent Jay over with a Northern Lights Suplex!

Strong kickout from Stevens.
As Jay got to his feet, Xia blasted him with a Superkick!
WHACK!
Xia picked Jay up the two tussled until Xia was able to secure a butterfly lock, before hoisting Jay up and he was about to spike him, but Jay used his knee to catch Xia right in the face! Water filled Xia's eyes, and he was forced to drop Hunter. Jay then reversed the situation with a double under hook.... SUPELX! He brought him over. He holds for the cover

NO! Kickout by Xia.
As Xia cleared the cob webs, he lunged forward, but Jay was ready for him once again and wrapped him up and held tight with a small package.

2...
NO!! That was close.
OHHHHHH!
So close, as Xiaolong was almost the victim of the surprise pinfall from Stevens - who was seemingly building momentum after taking some of Xia's best shots early on in the contest. Jay did his best to conceal that his ribs were still bothered him, but we caught him wincing as he pushed forward forcing himself to keep the pace moving at a speed he hoped Xia couldn't keep up with.
Xia took a swing, but Jay ducked, and hit him with a short back elbow strike that backed Xia off.. Jay pushed forward and clobbered Xia with a running clothesline. The momentum took both men to the outside of the ring, over the top rope. Xia seemed to get the worst of it as Jay landed on top of him as they hit the arena floor.
A few moments passed as both men were in pain, looking to peel themselves off the arena floor to continue the fight.
Jay picked Xia up, looked for the irish whip, which was reversed and this sent Jay back first into the guardrail. The referee was hovering from above, counting both men. Xia rolled under the bottom rope to break the count, seemingly OK with the match continuing outside. Perhaps he felt if he could continue to rough Jay up, it would yield the result he was looking for.
Jay held his ribs slightly, but did his best not to give anything away. One might deduce he was merely looking to catch his breath. Xia looked to underlay with some strikes, but Jay caught his side kick attempt, clutched the leg, brought him in close.
CAPTURE SUPLEX ON THE ARENA FLOOR!

Jay picked Xia up and rolled him into the ring. Xia rolled to the other side of the ring, looking to bide himself time. He got to his feet, rushed forward looking for a spear, but Stevens was ready for it...
GUILLOTINE CHOKE!
Jay had braced himself for the impact of the spear, but also went with it. He neatly tucked his right arm around Xia's neck as the spear was in it's onset. Jay fell back, hit the mat, and clamped his hands together under Xia's neck!
RAAAAAHHH!!
What a Counter!
XIa was fighting the grip, trying to pry Jay's hands away.
Could he?
Jay then put his left leg up and then crossed it into his right on the lower back of Xia. Jay raised his hips off of the mat, and she fell queezed with his legs, and arms in unison! Xia was squirming, trying to get free.
That is until he fell limp.
The referee checked the arm

Markus Morin: Winner of the Match due to Referee Stoppage and ADVANCING to the FINALS - Jay Stevens! (12:39)
Jay relinquished the hold, and rolled away from his foe before slowly getting to his feet. He watched as the referee was checking on Xiaolong, who fought valiantly and had Jay on the ropes for a large portion of the contest. In the end, the Former North American Cruiserweight Champion would be making his second straight trip to the finals of the Cruiserweight Cup!
The fans serenaded their favourite son with respectful applause as Jay rolled out of the ring. Jay looked around, and saluted the fans and thanked them for their support. He needed it, as Xiaolong was very game, and forced Jay to pull out every trick he knew to secure the victory.

2NO
Not so fast.

2.
1...
2..

Samuels: "Excuse me, Gus. A word?"
[Gus looks back and nods to the security team to stand still.]
Samuels: "Overall, how would you say this year's Cruiserweight Cup has compared to previous years."
Gus: "I look forward to this tournament every year. It's a great way to start off a calendar year, and as we've seen in the past - the winner of this tournament often goes onto great things. Tyrone Walker won this event two years ago, and then went onto have a lengthy run as the North American Cruiserweight Champion."
[Samuels nods, and moves the mic closer to Gus.]
Gus: "Last year, Eron Hunter came out of nowhere to win the Cruiserweight Cup and parlayed his success into multiple main event opportunities which culminated in winning The North American Double Crown."
[Samuels nods, wanting more.]
Gus: "Suffice it to say, this year's winner will have big shoes to fill. I can't help but notice the irony of the final match. Jay Stevens has been involved in this tournament the past three years and will be making his second appearance in the finals. Eddie Havok has risen from relative obscurity to put together a string of victories that speak volumes to his skill inside of the ring. In fact, I don't believe Eddie Havok has been pinned or submitted since signing his contract with Northern Pro Wrestling."
[We hear faint cheers from the arena crowd. This video is bring broadcast on the big screen, there's no doubt.]
Gus: "It's ironic that the current North American Cruiserweight Champion isn't in the finals this year. It's also ironic that Eddie Havok and Jay Stevens were the first match of this tournament, and now they're set to be the last. It's even more ironic that the two finalists battled to a time-limit draw - so that adds another layer of intrigue to this final bout."
Samuels: "You're absolutely right. There must be alot of pressure on both men as they walk the aisle one last time with everything riding on this one bout."
Gus: "That's the sort of thing I look for in a competitor. Who is unflappable. Moreover, based on what I've seen out of Eddie Havok and Jay Stevens - both men hold the key to big things in the future. Now, if you'll excuse me..."
[Gus politely nods to Samuels and walks forward with the two members of security in tow.]

The Bastards [Windsor/Fowler/Riot] vs Empire [Timeless/Steve Awesome/Donzig]
On a cue, a battered looking rather old Ford Cortina rolled out from beside the ramp, the Bastards inside as it rolled along as the fans cheered. Then it came to a halt alongside the bottom of the ramp, and the doors swung open. Rob Riot was out first, throwing his fists in the air to roar back at the crowd.
Frank Windsor emerged from the car as well, shaking his head before he started to high five the crowd. Bumping knuckles and hitting fists as he glared at the ring, Frank was clearly in the mood for a fight.
Fowler stopped the car, and emerged as well looking around the place with a nod. Then he joined Frank, grinning as he clapped the big man on the shoulder before he bumped fists with Riot. Then the three of them headed for the ring, the crowd going wild as Frank climbed the ringpost to bellow up the ramp.
Riot nodded, shaking his head as Fowler followed his lead with a smirk.
Markus Morin: ‘And their opponents, Steve Awesome! Alex Turner! Donzig! They are the Empire!
The lights go down, and lights sweep across the entrance way as few loud pops of pyro go off. Steve Awesome emerges first, smirking at the crowd before he stops at the top of the ramp before pulling off his sunglasses to glare at the ring.
Timeless is out next, flipping off the crowd before he turns his attention to the ring with a grin of his own. He stops beside Steve, whispering something that makes Awesome roll his eyes as the fans continue to boo.

But then….
[Primal.]
[Jesse Jamester.]
[Danny Ray.]
[Takaru Matsui.]
[Kono.]
[Niko.]
[Kaupeana Yoon.]
[Reggie Taylor.]
[Jamal Williams.]
[Cut.]

Jay Stevens vs Eddie Havok

[Pan Back.]
[Cut.]
