Legado del Dragón versus Dinosaurio
A classical areal match up. The oriental legends vs the Mexican rising star. Dinosaurio tried everything he could to get the win, he almost managed to get the pinfall after a top rope elbow drop. In his frustration, he took his sights of his opponent to react to the crowd, before being nailed with two Dragon Suplexes and then an Asai Moonsault.

El Teaxano versus El Taro
A true heavy-hitting match. Both men used a big arsenal of power moves to wear each other down. Just as El Taro looked to hit the Spear, El Teaxano displayed great athleticism as he jumped over to the top of Spear's attempt. As he came off the ropes he connect with a huge Lariat that flipped El Taro inside outside the win.

Angel De Luz versus Violator
Mexican Legend squared off against Mexican Luchador; in what seemed a miss match up. This contest ended up being more of a mat c9ntest rather than an aerial affair. The contest ended when Violator was trapped in an armbar, about ready to tap when two other clowns luchadors hit the ring and attacked the Mexican legend, resulting in a Disqualification

Samuray Del Sol versus Estar Loco
Estar looked to get the early advantage, trying to ground the high flyer. After the backbreaker attempt was reversed. Samuaray managed to mount a comeback with a flurry of offence until a big boot stopped him in his tracks. Edgar went for a super plex of the top rope, but Samuray managed to count it into a Somersault Neckbreaker for the win and to advance to the quarter finals of the Junior Heavyweight tournament.
