"The Greatest" begins to play across the arena as Delilah Strain's name fills up the tron as she makes her way down the aisle. She pics up a microphone and enters the ring as she confers with the ring announcer who steps out. Delilah walks to the center of the ring.]
Delilah: Welcome to No Man's Land!
[The crowd pops.]
Delilah: We have a great card which will be topped off by what I feel will be an amazing match for the Amazon's title. However, before we get to that point, we do have some business to attend to. As I announced at the end of Reality Bites, our former GM Alice has a gauntlet to run tonight. We have eleven amazing Amazons in the back ready to compete and we will see how far Alice can run this particular gauntlet. So, without further ado, let's get on with our first match in this gauntlet. Introducing first...
Gitty Up (remix) by Salt N Pepa feat Rufus Blaq hits and Alice bounces out to the entrance way, pumping her left arm in the air to the beat, she jiggies her way down the rampway to the beat high fiving the fans on the way, slides under the bottom rope and crawls to the turnbuckle, climbing each one from her knees to her feet sexily, mounting the second buckle and posing for the crowd.
Delilah: Here is your gauntlet runner, Alice!
Alice drops down and walks over and gets face to face with Delilah who doesn't seem at all intimidated by the former waitress. Some words are exchanged between the two though the mic doesn't pick up the words before Alice turns and walks over to her corner.
Delilah: And her opponent who "randomly" selected number one in the draw.
The house lights go down, as pink, and blue spotlights go over the crowd. "City of Night Night" by Miracle of Sound begins to play over the speakers. The tron comes to life with an aerial view of Ireland, and then changes to different scenes of the places that Avery had been in her adventuring days. The scene changes to her driving through the streets of London before it switches to what appears to a jungle and a flaming plane. The jeep that she drove comes through the window before changing to another scene of her flying a plane. It soon changes to some of her old matches and the chaos and destruction that she had caused. A spotlight comes to rest at the back of the stage where Avery is standing with her head lowered. As the vocals start she raises her head, and she starts down the ramp way. She poses with a few of the fans letting them get pictures before she heads to the ring. As she reaches the end of the ramp way she sprints to the ring, and leaps up onto the edge of the ring, and slips through the ropes. She hops up onto the nearest ring post and plays to the crowd before hopping down, and removes the leather jacket she wears and waits for the match to begin
Delilah: Avery McCullen!!
Delilah finally steps from the ring and hands her microphone to the ring announcer and then walks over to the announce booth and takes a seat nearby.
Kathleen Parks: Welcome to No Man's Land and we are already off to a start as Delilah Strain, our new GM has gotten this show under way and what an opponent for a first match in this Gauntlet match for Alice. You can't do any better than Avery McCullen.
Michelle Williams: It's going to get worse from here, because Avery will give Alice the match of her career right here. My understanding is that lose or draw, Alice will move on to the next competitor in the gauntlet. The only way to stop the gauntlet and to win the bonus for Alice is to get a pinfall on one of her gauntlet opponents, and at that point she's declared the winner and the match is over.
Kathleen Parks: Avery and Alice are in the center of the ring and having a few words with each other and then Avery offers a handshake to Alice.
Michelle Williams: Alice hesitant to accept but she finally does and it's back to their corner and the bell rings to get this match underway. It's going to be a long night for Alice unless she can put one of her early opponents away.
Kathleen Parks: Avery McCullen is probably the best wrestlers in Amazon right now that doesn't have a title around her waist and she likely has another date with Lucky Linda somewhere down the road based on the conclusion of their last encounter.
The two competitors circle the ring and lock up in the middle and Avery with a go around and she lifts Alice up and slams her down onto the mat.
Michelle Williams: Avery showing Alice what she's all about here in this match. Alice scrambles to her feet and takes a wild swing at Avery who lifts her up in a fireman's carry...
Kathleen Parks: Irish Kiss! Alice is out! This crowd is going crazy right now. Avery with the cover.
1.
2.
3--Kickout!
Michelle Williams: Alice gets her shoulder up at the last possible moment to avoid a loss this early in the gauntlet. Avery to her feet and she looks down at Alice and just shakes her head. She thought this was over already, but Alice showing some resiliance here.
Kathleen Parks: We are barely two minutes into this contest and Alice has been knocked loopy with that go to sleep maneuver by Avery and she's rolling over onto her side and crawling to a corner. Avery glances over at us here at the broadcast position and then moves in on Alice. A loss here by Avery could hurt her future title considerations. She needs to remain strong to get that rematch with Linda, or whoever might be champion.
Avery pulls Alice up by her arm and whips her across the ring and charges in with a clothesline in the corner. Avery whips her to the other side and charges in with another, as Alice just slumps into that corner.
Kathleen Parks: Avery seems a little conflicted here, but she pulls Alice out to the center. She lifts her up and powerbombs her onto the mat. Another cover and Alice kicks out after two. Avery back on her feet and she's signalling that this one is over as she grabs a leg of Alice and spins around, but Alice with a cradle!
1.
2.
Kickout by Avery!
Avery scrambles up to her feet, as does Alice and Avery with a clothesline that nearly takes off Alice's head.
Michelle Williams: Ouch. Alice is down again. She hasn't really gotten out of the gate in this match. Avery pulls her up and whips her into the ropes, but Alice hooks her arms around the top rope, preventing her from coming back. Avery charges after her and Alice drops down, pulling the top rope with her and Avery goes over the top and to the floor.
Avery crashes against the guardrailing as Alice lies on the mat and then slowly rolls out of the ring.
Kathleen Parks: Alice needs to go on the offensive here. She's not going to last playing defense all night long here. She needs to put her opponents away and in quick fashion. Alice reaches for Avery and lifts her up and whips her into the guardrailing as the referee counts.
Michelle Williams: Chop by Alice and another. These chops echo thoughout the arena and the crowd is responding to each one. A couple more chops and Alice rolls Avery back into the ring and follows her in. Alice seems to be getting her second wind here tonight.
Kathleen Parks: Alice is going to need more than two here tonight. Avery getting to her feet and ALICE CUTTER! Cover!
1.
2.
3---Shoulder up!
Michelle Williams: Avery got her shoulder up and she narrowly avoided the loss here, which would not be good for her championship aspirations here in SWAT. Alice moving quickly here as she pulls Avery up and lifts her up --- Falcon Arrow into a cover!
1.
2.
KICKOUT by Avery.
Kathleen Parks: She pulls Avery up and whips her across the ring and charges in and double knee to the face and Avery staggers out of the corner and Alice going for another cutter, but Avery pushes her off. Alice turns around as Avery charges and they both go down!
Michelle Williams: Their heads just crashed together and both wrestlers are down right now and the referee has no choice but to count.
1.
2.
3.
Kathleen Parks: A draw doesn't at all help Alice, it only brings another opponent out.
4.
5.
Michelle Williams: Alice is starting to stir, as is Avery now.
6.
7.
Avery and Alice on opposite sides of the ring and pulling themselves up to their feet, stopping the referee's count. Alice charges over and Avery nails her with a boot under the chin.
Kathleen Parks: Alice is down. Avery stumbles across the ring and covers.
1.
2.
KICKOUT by Alice.
Kathleen Parks: It was more of desperate twitching that stopped that count. Avery gets to her knees and then to her feet. She pulls up Alice, though it's a struggle as Alice is dead weight at this point. She locks in a front facelock and spins around and nails an unprettier.
Avery rolls Alice over for another cover, but only gets a two count.
Michelle Williams: Alice is holding her own, just barely, but she's not going down easy here.
Avery with a whip into the corner and charges in, Alice up and over with a sunset flip but again, only a two count as Avery leaps up and nails Alice in the face with a knee.
Kathleen Parks: Avery with a handful of hair as she pulls Alice up, Alice with a roll up!

2.
REVERSAL!

2.
THREE!!!
The bell rings as the wrestlers untangle and lie on the mat. The referee moves over to confer with the ring announcer.
Frank Salazar: Winner of this first match in the gauntlet...
AVERY McCULLEN!!!
"City of Night Night" begins to play as the referee walks over and raises Avery's hand.
Kathleen Parks: This means that Alice's night is not over. In fact, it means that her next opponent will coming out here in just a few moments and Delilah Strain seems very pleased as she stands and applauds Avery's win.
Michelle Williams: What's going on here?
Suddenly there's a woman in the ring. She might dressed in a manner that might consider her to be homeless, except for the white paint on her face and the black around her eyes that drip down and make it seem as if she's been crying. Her hair is disheveled, though a large braid sits a little crooked behind her head. She grabs Alice by the hair and tosses her over the top rope and to the floor, before she charges Avery and nails her with a flying knee to the head, sending her to the mat.
The woman is wearing jeans, torn in several places as well as a tattered leather jacket that looks like it's seen better days. Avery is slow to get to her feet and the woman makes sure that she's behind McCullen until she finally is able to turn around and the woman blows a yellow mist onto the face of Avery who screams and begins to hold her face.
Kathleen Parks: This woman has intentionally targeted Avery McCullen for some reason and what in the hell was that she just spit in Avery's eyes?
Michelle Williams: I've no idea but whatever it was, it looks like it hurts like hell.
The woman climbs to the top turnbuckle and as Avery staggers around the ring, holding her face, blinded by the yellow substance, the woman leaps off and drives a knee into the side of Avery's temple and the wrestler goes down to the mat.
Kathleen Parks: Here comes some officials finally and the woman leaps out of the ring and heads through the crowd.
Michelle Williams: Doesn't matter at this point, the damage is done and Avery McCullen has just fought one hell of a battle with Alice and this intruder just came in for the assassination here at this point. Officials are helping Avery from the ring and Alice has finally gotten to her feet, but unfortunately her night isn't over.
Kathleen Parks: We need to see if we can get some word on who that woman was. Perhaps our GM has some insight as she's remained very quiet during all of that.
The shot shows two officials on either side of Avery McCullen, helping her to the back.
Delilah: Welcome to No Man's Land!
