The show opened with the Canadian Commonwealth Champion; Oxford Osland standing in the middle of the ring with a mic in his hand. The crowd was sure to let Osland know that they didn’t appreciate starting their evening having to look at his smug face. Osland said he wants Gus Arnold to know that chasing down the ‘former’ megastars of the wrestling world was a mistake. Osland declared that he was and always would be, the man to carry the NAWC and Northern Pro Wrestling on his shoulders. Osland reminded the fans of his 1 year run as the North American Champion, and how he had laid waste to many top superstars both past and present.
Osland then started to rehash a story of his North American Title Defense against Brinley Bishop in House of Strong Style a year ago. Osland said that while the camera’s might not have seen it – and it wasn’t released to the general public – that he had heard that Eric Dane was in the building that night, and he challenged him to a North American Championship match at a later date – to which Dane ‘declined’. Osland told the fans that he knew the reason Eric Dane refused to wrestle him, was because he was afraid. Osland then went on to say that he had been keeping a close eye on Eric Dane’s 2019 from that point forward – and suffice it to say, he found it to be lackluster. So In the interim, Osland said he found great joy in tormenting Dane’s son – hoping this might bait Eric Dane to stand for his offspring.
Osland said that when he caught wind that Eric Dane was backstage in Northern Pro Wrestling a few weeks back and didn’t come looking for a fight – he was both saddened and disgusted. Saddened because the once ‘great’ Eric Dane, was truly nothing more than a shell of his former self. Osland then said he was disgusted because Dane would rather walk next to a woman as a manager, then to defend the honor of his name. The same name that his ‘twerp’ son had been dragging through the mud all of this time.
Osland then went onto say that he was going to offer Eric Dane one last opportunity to wrestle him. Osland said that in an ideal world, it would’ve been him to show the world the cracks in Dane’s armor – and that his 2019 run had damaged his legacy. Selfishly, Osland wanted to deliver the final blow, and send Eric Dane into retirement once and for all. Since Gus Arnold was so insistent on doing business with the stars of yesteryear, why not have the match in Northern Pro Wrestling.
This brought a loud roar from the crowd. Regardless of their opinions of either man, this is the type of match that would sellout arenas all over North America. Osland then dropped the mic, but not before declaring that he would be waiting with great anticipation for a rebuttal from the former World Champion.

We see former Midwest Champion; Esteban Fuentes standing in front of a Northern Pro Wrestling Banner. Fuentes talks about his journey to this point in his career. Fuentes said that while being The first Midwest Champion was an astounding accomplishment – that defeating Dusty Griffith tonight would eclipse that honor. Fuentes said that he knew it wasn’t going to be easy – but believed he possessed the unique skill-set to offset some of Dusty’s strengths. Fuentes closed the promo by wishing Dusty the best of luck, while assuring the fans that it shouldn’t be considered an upset when he had his hand raised later in the evening.

Tag Team Match
15 Minute Time Limit
The Evanston Express vs. The Roughnecks
--
The Evanston Express made their NPW debut’s at the house show in Burnaby BC last week – and they also debuted an edgier approach to their craft inside of the ring. While the Evanston Express enjoyed some success in MPW, they were largely over shadowed by teams like ‘Technical Authority’, ‘Bloodline’ & Current North American Tag Team Champions – Pressure Point. Having wrestled each of these teams, and doing their best to match skill, it served as a sharp learning curve for the young duo. However, their natural talents could not be denied, and now that some of the tag teams that were in their way of reaching main event status have moved on, or are suffering from injury – this was perhaps their best opportunity to sneak up the current champions while they’re busy scouting other teams.
This match was close early on, but The ‘EE’ eventually developed momentum, and showed strong cohesion. The finish to the match came around the ten minute mark, after Slater knocked Myles off of the apron, which distracted the referee just long enough for Sheldon Warren to creep into the ring and blindside Martin with a release German Suplex. This set things up for Slater and his running powerslam, that lead to the cover and the victory.
Winners: The Evanston Express (10:03) via Running Powerslam
At the conclusion of the match, Slater and Warren stood in the middle of the ring and told the fans that they weren’t there to ‘just be part’ of the locker room, and that they were there to dominate. Slater then issued a warning to ‘The Shining Stars’ that they were coming for a championship match in the near future.

Gordon Carlson stood next to his cousin Eric, and started to cut a promo on The Eastern Elite and Gentry McCray. Gordon told Gentry that he had already exposed him for the fraud that he was on numerous occasion in ‘GCGC’ and that he would cap off their rivalry with a complete victory whenever the two were set to square off 1 on 1.
Gordon then shifted his focus to the Eastern Elite Tag Team of Ralph Erickson and Allan Algar. Gordon said that he respected Albert Erickson and his teachings, as he was actually training under him two years longer than Ralph, his own son. So Gordon said he felt like he had just as much authority, if not more, to determine the direction of their group. While The Eastern Elite team was once revered in Canada, he felt as though their mindset left room for improvement. They lacked killer instinct he argued, and that some of the disciplines that Ralph’s father continued to tote, were not longer relevant.
Eric then piped up, and said that he knew he needed to go his own way, and that being part of the Eastern Elite just wasn’t in his future plans. So he reached out to his cousin, to reestablish the tag team that was cut short five years ago when money and opportunity forced them to seek employment in different continents. Eric said that it was time to bring back ‘Perpetual Motion’ it was time to showcase themselves in the NAWC with or without the assistance of their forefathers.
Gordon then finished the segment off by challenging Ralph Erickson to find his spine – and that once Gordon had disposed of Gentry McCray – that Eastern Elite would be next on his hit-list.

Single Match
15 Minute Time Limit
Jackson Evans vs. Irwin Collins
--
Jackson Evans won the match in under thirty seconds in an absolute squash. Evans has found himself to be in the mix as a top challenger to either singles title in Northern Pro Wrestling, but has been unable to break through. Evans took it upon himself to rehash his run-in with Leon “The Professional” Van Zandt, and said that he hadn’t forgotten about how he tried to break his arm. This is where Jackson Evans laid out a challenge to ‘Leon’ on the next NPW Show – stating that he felt Leon’s skills were a mirage, and that he would be the man to expose him as nothing more than a regular wrestler – just like half the hacks backstage. Evans implored Gus Arnold to sign the match, and said he hoped Leon had the guts to show his face and accept his challenge.
Winner: Jackson Evans via Jackknife Powerbomb (:24)

Gentry McCray and Marcus Smith stood side by side and could be seen engaging in conversation. Gentry wondered how long Marcus would be around, and if his time in Pure-1 had come to a close. Marcus told Gentry that he was still taking bookings with PURE-1, but NPW would always be his home. Marcus said that he planned to defeat Johnny Dreamer at the CWC Finale, and take the SLAMJAM World Title on a tour of Europe.
Gentry smiled, and offered that Marcus should be considered the top contender to his Canadian Heritage Championship after his performance in the tournament. Gentry said it would be the ‘right thing to do’ to offer Marcus a shot at the championship when he was good and ready. Marcus nodded his head respectfully, but warned Gentry that based on some of the whispers he had been hearing – there was a target on his back the size of the Northwest Territories. Marcus slapped his compadre on the shoulder, before telling him he would ‘see him around.’

30 Minute Time Limit
Esteban ‘En Fuego’ Fuentes vs. Dusty Griffith
--
The fans were on the edge of their seats for this contest. If you were to listen to ‘En Fuego’ speak, he delivered his message with such confidence, that you had to wonder if he would really be able to pull of the victory against The ‘Wild Bronco’.
Dusty has been nothing short of brilliant since he declared Northern Pro Wrestling to where wanted to compete. The match was competitive all the way through, and Fuentes was infact holding his own, eventhough he was giving up size to the much larger Dusty Griffith.
At around the ten minute mark, it appeared as though Dusty was starting to pour it on, and was on his way to bringing Fuentes into very dangerous waters. The crowd started to stir, as Edgar Delgado his the stage and made slow walk down the aisle.
[WOW!]
[Edgar Delgado.]
The fans that had been paying attention to Edgar Delgado’s stint in MPW and A*P had come to learn about the depth’s of his power. He was in charge of one of the most feared groups in the NAWC – a group collectively known as Bloodline.
Suddenly, on each side of the ring there they were.
[Manuel Mayorga.]
[Santiago Ortega.]
[Bloodline.]
Mayorga and Ortega each had a kendo stick in their hand, and started to bang on the guardrail to alert Fuentes and Dusty that they were in fact surrounding the ring, as Delgado walked down the aisle. As Delgado approached – Fuentes took off and launched himself over the top rope and took Delgado out with a plancha!
Fuentes then mounted Delgado and started to rifle punches from the top position with extreme force. The fans initially cheered – but when Delgado’s body went limp, and Fuentes continued to strike – the fans grew uncomfortable with the fact that they were cheering.
Mayorga and Ortega continued to wield their kendo sticks, and slid into the ring to surround Dusty. This is where Fuentes noticed what was about to happen inside of the ring, and he ran back to ringside and slid into the ring, evening the odds.
Bloodline had made Fuentes’ life miserable for the better part of 2019, and even cost him his championship when he lost to Edgar Delgado.
Funetes started to fire up in the ring, challenging Ortega and Mayorga to fight him. Dusty surveyed the situation, and seemed to appreciate that he seemed to have a man at arms with him. That was until Dusty turned his full attention to Mayorga, which is where Ortega handed Fuentes his Kendo stick.
[WWHHHHHHAAAAACKKKKKK!]
[BOOOOOOO!]
Esteban Fuentes blindsided Dusty Griffith with three blistering shots. Mayorga slid into the ring, and started teeing off as well. The fans looked absolutely shocked! Fuentes then embraced Mayorga and Ortega, as the three men held up their hands in a way that spelled the word ‘Blood’.
As Dusty struggled to get to one knee, he was met with a double curbstomp from Ortega and Mayorga. Fuentes could be seen calling out instructions, as if positioning themselves as their new leader. It was here where it seemed to dawn on the crowd as to why Fuentes was taking such severe liberties with Delgado on the outside.
The three men left the ring collectively, and as they walked passed Delgado, they each stomped away at him – which wasn’t necessary, as he was still unconscious from the attack by Fuentes earlier on.
The three men stood atop the stage, and in a final sign of solidarity, used their hands to create the word ‘Blood’ once again – as the show came to a close.
