The Ruler Paul Blair has been wrestling since summer of 1994. Early in his career he was known as Paul the Stare Blair and the "All American" Paul Blair and was a baby face. He would be partly successful, even winning many "second tier" titles in the many different federations he was involved in. As the All American he would be involved in many Flag Matches where more times than not, the United State Flag would come out on top.
It was not until he took on the name the Ruler Paul Blair that he became what he is today. Blair is a 15 time World Champion in many different federations. In 2005, he won the CWF World Title to make him a 15 time World Champion and later that summer was inducted into the CWF Hall of Fame. Since then the 16 time World Champion has traveled the world and enjoyed the many wonders of being successful. He had some all time great feuds in the early 2000s with the likes of Jeff Jericho, Steve Dart, Z-Pac, Pledge Allegiance, Jimmy Blast to name a few. In later years he would team up with Jimmy Blast. He is the current holder of the Pledge Allegiance Memorial Cup - Pledge was taken far too early and Blair won a tourney to honor him.
Blair is the President and CEO of his own Corporation, BlairVision Inc. BlairVision is a wrestling merchandise sales company as Blair typically runs the wrestling merchandise that is sold outside the arena where the show is being held. His biggest seller of all time is the Big Book of Blair. By the way, if you don't have your copy, you should definitely look into buying one. It can be found where ever wrestling cards are held.
In more recent years, Blair has joined the Bro Code that has included the likes of Calum Morgan, Israel Steele and Jimmy Blast to name a few.

[ BlairVision theme starts up. The words "BlairVision" appear above the pyro. The curtain opens up as first Robin Cradle appears in a low cut dress. She waits a second and then points to the entrance and out struts Paul Blair. He grabs Robin by the hand and spins her around.
The two walk down the aisle. Blair takes his time heading to the ring. Along the way, he jaws with a fan. The fan is holding a drink and Blair causes him to drop it. The fan gets irritated as Blair laughs at him and continue walking. Then he gets down to the ringside area. He starts jawing with another fan and takes the box of popcorn he has and dumps it over the fans head causing the front row to get hit with various degrees of the popcorn.
Robin Cradle grabs Blair and leads him to the ring. She holds the ropes for him as Blair walks in. He is in one corner and poses for the arena. He grabs her again and spins her around. This time he grabs her by the waist and leans into kiss her on the lips. She then de-robes Blair and walks down the steps as Blair prepares for his match ]
