Gus Arnold seems intent on rolling the dice in this contest, as he is pitting enemies against one and other, while forcing each side of the coin to rely on partnerships that have yet to be forged. 1 Bastard, 1 Marsupial and 1 Technician will battled 1 Rev, 1 Scourge and 1 Franchise. Rob Riot has no love lost when it comes to Keith Williams or any of the Rev's for that matter. They have competed in Trios competition and most recently; The Revs isolated Billy Fowler and beat him down. Kid Koala and Donzig have been on a collision course since the Honor Royal, and if what we saw at the last event is any indication - these two men are willing to go to great lengths to one up the other. Steve Awesome has been riding high since capturing the Northern Openweight Championship, and finds himself teaming with the man he just wrestled; Donzig. While Kid Koala and the rest of the Marsupials had Donzig in their sights, Awesome also saw that they were capable first hand. Lynx was supposed to compete in this match, but he isn't medically cleared to compete after suffering a concussion during the North American Double Crown Match last show. Gus Arnold was searching for a replacement, and he found the perfect fit in the man who holds victories over Lynx and former 'NADC' Lord Dominicus. The former North American Cruiserweight Champion; Jay Stevens. Stevens reign as Cruiserweight Champion came to an end recently at the hands of Lochlyn Cade, and after some soul searching and an uptick in training - Jay is ready to return to Northern Pro Wrestling. What better way to do that, than to put him in the ring with five of Northern Pro's best. So many possibilities in this one. Let's not forget that Keith Williams and Donzig have experience teaming together in the past, and recently tore the house down with their duet backstage. Who will rise to the occasion?

Takaru Matsui and Jesse Jamester have been trading barbs from afar as of late. When Neo James Carner put a bounty on Jesse's head, Matsui seemed intrigued with the possibilities of what some extra cash and notoriety might do for his career. While he might not have cashed in as of yet, he has made it clear he intends to do so. JJ on the other hand has had his hands full with The Revenants, while also securing the services of his 'family' to assist in his battles. Matsui picked up a big win over Calvin Doxson, and now finds himself ready for the biggest test in his NPW career. Expect fireworks in this one.

All of the championship divisions in Northern Pro are heating up. In order to properly assess future challengers, Gus Arnold believes in mixing things up. Frank Windsor has yet to wrestle in singles competition since he signed his NPW contract, but Gus has been eager to see what he can do. The Co Holder of the Imperial Crown Tag Team Championship clearly excels in tag and trios - but his resume indicates that he is a former world champion in his own right. The same can be said for Ronnie Long. Another former World Champion who has been steadily climbing the ladder in Northern Pro Wrestling and has had a slue of impressive victories. There are currently no number one contender to the North American Double Crown, or the Northern Openweight Championship. The winner of this match could find themselves knocking on the door of a major singles opportunity. Best of luck to both men.

It seems as though the demise of Prime Time was grossly exaggerated by the dirt sheets. Rumours had been swirling that Primal was ready to cut ties with Timeless after they lose the Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships to the Bastards at Fight for the Fallen. Based on what we saw at the last show, nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, the two made a statement and showed solidarity in the face of an attack from another team who once wore the Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships; The Dark Stars. Niko and Kono are ruthless and well prepared. They have been on the cusp of another championship run in recent months. Whoever wins this match will most certainly have an opportunity at the Bastards in the near future.

Chris Card has made a name for himself all over the world. Card tends to make his own rules, and isn't shy about being openly critical to those who enforce the laws and his opponents alike. It has taken years, but Gus Arnold has finally signed the hometown superstar to a contract. Card is now set to make his NPW Debut against a man who he once shared a locker room with - Neo James Carner. 'NJC' has been causing chaos and reeking havoc in Northern Pro since he debuted. To our knowledge, these two men have never stepped into the ring together to have a singles match, and our fans have demanded to see it take place. How will NJC's mental state be after what he went through at the hands of Mason Murdock and Roy Harlowe? Will Chris Card live up to the hype? There is only one way to find out.

Billy Fowler has been impressive as of late. The big man was critical of some of Gus Arnold's decisions over the past couple of months - but the angst he carried has catapulted him to the forefront of Gus' mind. Fowler clearly used a perceived level of disrespect as a motivator, and his work inside of the ring has seen a recent uptick. He will square off against newcomer; Scruffy Burns. Scruffy Burns is AMERICA and you can too. Burns picked up a crucial win at the last event when he was able to be in the ring place at the right time to defeat two game opponents. Both of these men have shown signs of greatness, and will be looking to use the other as a stepping stone towards future success. Game on.
