LIVE from the The Scotiabank Centre in Halifax, Nova Scotia
50% Capacity.
The camera pans around the holiday decorated Scotiabank arena, as wreaths and Christmas lights were strung from the rafters, candy cane style lighting went up and down the aisle ways, and the ring took on a gold and silver look with red ropes for this evening's Northern Pro Wrestling episode of Honor. Fans were excited to see the action about to unfold, and the announce team showed that same sentiment as the camera cut down to the duo who were dressed to impress this Christmas Eve.
Archie Rude: Hello and Happy Holidays to all our viewers tuning in tonight!
Blake Samuels: Merry Christmas Eve ladies and gentlemen, kids, and all others watching! Welcome to the ninth episode of Northern Pro Wrestling’s Honor!
Archie Rude: And what a lineup we have tonight! Our fearless leader, Gus Arnold, has booked both the Cruiserweight Championship and the Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships to be defended here tonight in two matches we expect to tear the roof off the Scotiabank arena!
Blake Samuels: Not to forget, the Honor Royale that will take place here to kick the show off! This is the first time outside of the Lethal Lottery that NPW runs yearly, that everyone on the roster has an opportunity to go after the number one contendership of the North American Double Crown Championship.
Archie Rude: Winner of that will have the keys to the kingdom with a shot at the champion, Jesse Jamester. I hope it’s a ReVenant myself, it just feels wrong Keith Williams didn’t get the shot and Neo James Carner did.
Blake Samuels: Tonight we introduce a new ring announcer, as well as a fellow Canadian, Markus Morin, who will be leading off the matches this evening with introductions! And boy does he have a long night ahead of him with the Honor Royale, wouldn’t you say Arch?
Archie Rude: It’s about time we found a permanent fixture in that department, but I think the Honor Rumble is the perfect place for Markus to get acquainted with the athletes he will be introducing in the future. Don’t screw up Markus, my cousin is looking for a job (winks).
Blake Samuels: Let’s take it to ringside, where we are hearing Gus Arnold is about to come out and make an announcement!
Walking to the ring in his suit and tie, the Northern Pro Wrestling owner appeared jolly, and why not, tis’ the season for it right? Gus Arnold had a lot to celebrate with his promotion’s recent fairing in the Continental Wrestling Association’s first ever World Title Tournament. Walking up the steps, Gus steps between the ropes and into the NPW ring for tonight’s Honor. The music of the owner of NPW fades as he is handed a microphone at the near corner.
Gus Arnold: Happy holidays Halifax! I’m happy to be here tonight at Honor. Tonight we are celebrating another year with our fans and this show you have all helped grow with us over the years.
Fans applaud the Northern Pro owner for his kind words, knowing they were a part of this promotion and a special place in Canada for the wrestling community that was as passionate as they were.
Gus Arnold: Tonight, I have the pleasure, and an honor, to make an official announcement and inductee into the Northern Pro Wrestling – Hall of Legends.
Fans awe and pop at the announcement! The voice of the owner seemed shaken just a bit, but not by the words he spoke, but maybe what he was about to say; as he paused briefly to acknowledge the fans excitement, and adjusted his tie.
Gus Arnold: The following man is a former Northern Pro Wrestling Cruiserweight Cup winner!
Fans begin to stir, the emotion in the building chiming to new heights here as the announcement draws out.
Gus Arnold: He is a former North American Double Crown Champion!
Excited by the prospect, some fans seemingly know from these two statements, while others are on the edge of their seats.
Gus Arnold: Ladies and gentlemen, the first inductee into Northern Pro Wrestling’s Hall of Legends… you know him as Eron Hunter, or as of recent, LYNX!
A video package displays on the entrance stage backdrop as the lights go down in the arena and the fans still loudly begin to quiet to pay respect for the star and the video before them.
Scenes of the fight to win his first Cruiserweight Cup are shown.
The scene transitions to the triple threat match between Lord Dominicus, Keith Williams, and Lynx for the North American Double Crown Championship.
The video package shows other match highlights and the amazing acrobatics of the star. His display of fortitude and adversity made moments that molded the way wrestling fans adored him. The video ends with Lynx on the turnbuckle, looking out at the fans, as the crowd claps.
Gus Arnold: It is with pride and respect to what this man has done for us in the Northern Pro Wrestling history, and over this past year, that I am honored to induct him into the NPW Hall of Legends and formally announce his retirement from the sport of pro wrestling. Eron Hunter, Lynx, you have earned every ounce of the peace you find in the life after the career you’ve carved in and out of this ring. I thank you for your service to NPW, for your delight as a friend and professionalism in all of our dealings. Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for Eron Hunter!
The fans explode in cheers and claps, some younger Lynx fans dawning his mask ringside - as the tears are seen from the die hards and young-ins who were waiting to hear why they had not seen their hero. Eron Hunter, Lynx, was now formally retired by word of Gus Arnold, to what extent and why, we would have to wait to find out one day… but the sentiment from the owner of Northern Pro Wrestling went a long way to explaining the value of the star he brought to Canada, who stole the hearts of the fans and ran with the momentum of his rivalries over the past year. From Cruiserweight Cup, to Jesse Jamester, to Keith Williams, to the NADC Championship, and his last match. Eron Hunter, Lynx, would never be forgotten, and was now and forever, immortalized in NPW history and lore.
[Donzig.]
[Eddie Havok.]
[Timeless.]
[Joe Nobody.]
[Xiaolong.]
The five men who were brave enough to call their shot and chase an opportunity for a future shot at the North American Double Crown. No tags, Tornado Style. The first pinfall or submission would determine the winner. The bell sounded, and things were off to a hot start.
Eddie Havok bounced around the ring taking shots at anyone within proximity. He ended up squaring off with Donzig of all people, and gave the Scourge all he could handle. Timeless pushed forward on his side of the ring and slugged it out with Joe Nobody.
Xiaolong couldn't resist, and crept up behind Timeless and eld his arms allowing Joe to hammer away. Timeless took it in stride before eventually arm dragging Xiaolong from behind, popping up and blistering Nobody with a sharp clothesline. At the same time, Donzig was backing up and nudged Timeless. Turner was about to strike, but then stopped and nodded to Donzig. Donzig noticed, and dove forward to spear Nobody out of his boots as he was creeping up behind Timeless. Nice save.
Timeless showed appreciation by moving forward to cut Eddie Havok off to save Donzig. Two for Two. Suddenly Timeless and Donzig were back to back like Double Dragon and fending off attempts from the other three. The fans booed not enjoying their teamwork in the slightest, but it seemed to work for the two of them. Xiaolong was able to break through and up end Timeless and take him down. Donzig was going to break it up but Joe Nobody blistered him with a super kick!
Eddie Havok went up top, Frog Splash on Donzig!
1..
2--NO!
Donzig kicked out.
Timeless looked frustrated and took it out on Xiaolong, just pure aggression and rage was enough to overwhelm him initially. But Xia showed smarts, and used the aggression to his favour, by side stepping and backing away to keep Timeless off balance. This allowed Eddie Havok to swoop in and take Timeless down with a double leg. Donzig was right there to stop it from escalating and blasted Eddie with a stiff right hand knocking him to his knee. Joe Nobody was up next, and he ate some strikes from Donzig before being driven to the mat with a double undertook driver.
1..
2..
NO! Save from Xiaolong.
Donzig hissed and looked up at the one who foiled his attempt. Before he could get his hands on him, Timeless had blindsided him with a discus punch to clear the way. Once again, Timeless and Donzig seemed to be watching each other's back in this match. The fans were growing weary of what this might mean.
Joe Nobody had seen enough, fired up and did his best to best both men, before they locked arms and rifled him with a double clothesline! They ran forward and hit Eddie Havok with a double clothesline as well!
BOOOOO!
Crowd: Fight Each Other!
Crowd: Fight Each Other!
Timeless posed, flexed and flipped off the fans as Donzig hissed away.
Eddie Havok fought fire with fire, and seemed to go right at Timeless after realizing what was taking place. Havok had Timeless rocked, and it seemed as though there might've been a little gamesmanship going on as these two wrestled in a triple threat match a few months ago to which Eddie Havok emerged as the winner. Havok might've found a strategy with Timeless, because he was working him over. Donzig was locked up with Nobody and Xia - suddenly making the double dragon duo look a little less ferocious.
The fans were loving it, and it appeared as though Timeless and Donzig were on their backs and out of the ring. Nobody went for Havok, and Xia went for him as well. Havok showed tremendous courage and took the fight back to his foes. Havok worked over Xia, before executing a tombstone and a diving elbow drop on Nobody!
1..
2..
SAVE from Donzig!
Donzig wasn't going to allow the pinfall to take place. Timeless was back up as well, and he saw the chance to blindside Xiaolong and knock him out of the ring. Timeless rammed him into the guard rail. meanwhile inside of the ring, Havok and Donzig were going at it. Joe Nobody was creeping up, but Timeless exposed his steel hand and blasted Nobody with it! He didn't see it coming and he hit the mat hard.
Timeless nodded to Donzig as if to say keep Havok tied up. Would Donzig comply?
Timeless went for the cover
1..
Donzig looking on.
2..
Havok hears the count, he's trying to make the save, but Donzig trips him up.
3..
DING DING DING!!!
Markus Morin: Winner of this match via pin fall, and earning the number one contenders spot for the North American Double Crown, "Timeless" Alex Turner!!!!
Havok looked disgusted, as he thought he was going to be able to break things up to keep his hopes alive. But to no avail. Donzig also looked on, a smile curled over his lips.
Timeless and Donzig stood together in the middle of the ring and fist bumped each other. What in the?
Was there a payoff made?
Did we just witness a new alliance?
What is going on here?
The fans looked disgusted, but the referee's decision was final and "Timeless" Alex Turner was the victor. Now, would he have been able to do so without Donzig? These two have some explaining to do!
Scene fades as the Northern Pro Wrestling 4th Annual Cruiserweight Cup is advertised on the screen, showing the first night January 17th, 2022 featuring four matches.
The Dark Stars are in the locker room and look more motivated than usual as the door opens and The Dark Novas draw their weapons but reholster them when Blake Samuels appears.)
Commandrix: "Can we help you."
Blake Samuels: "I was hoping to get a few words about your championship match with The Bastards."
Niko: "You can see we're more than motivated than usual and you know why we're more than motivated than usual."
Blake Samuels: "Why is that?"
Kono: "It's because we just learned that someone from Dark Horse Industries has been attempting to take over or shall we really say steal a SWAT competitor's business empire from him. You see it reminds us of a very unpleasant memory from three years ago when we started out in this sport."
Blake Samuels: "What happened?"
Niko: "It was three years ago when we arrived on this word that we joined a promotion called PSW. Cosmo Kid took a chance on us and we came through for him and we were loyal to him until the end. You see, Dark Horse industries attempted to steal PSW away from him and after four months our home was no more but we stood by him to the end."
Kono: "Then we became nomads unwanted in our former XHF Network home. We wandered from place to place unwanted except for a few matches including the AWF which rejected us. Xiaolong tried to get us in but his attempts failed and we were once again nomads and we were signed by this doomed promotion called Dark Soul Wrestling which was already dead."
Niko: "Then Gus Arnold took the chance and we signed on and we came through for him. We showed our complete loyalty to him and we never betrayed him and we managed to convince him to sign Xiaolong since he helped us and we repaid our debt to him after the AWF folded which was poetic justice for what they did to us."
Kono: "So you can see why we're more motivated and ready to regain our NPW Imperial Tag Team Championships than usual."
Blake Samuels: "What does that have to do with your match against The Bastards."
Niko: "It's obvious since we don't forget the past and where we came from. We're motivated quite a bit by this and we always use this as motivation."
Kono: "Quite motivated and determined to beat up The Bastards for their stealing of the championships."
Blake Samuels: "They say they beat you fair and square."
The Dark Stars grow angry.
Niko: "To us they stole the championships and you know what they did after they did so."
Blake Samuels: "No, what did they do?"
Kono: "The so-called Big Bad Bastards became Lazy Bastards because after they beat us as you claimed. They showed more interest in entering tournaments and winning more gold than defending the NPW Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships. Well tonight in a matter of moments The Dark Stars intend to take that burden of those championships off your hands so you can steal as many singles championships you want."
Blake Samuels: "They claim it was no fluke."
Niko: "They claim that but they know it was and that adds to our motivation and since they love making Simpsons references we're going to make sure they don't forget what they said about us."
The Dark Novas hold up a couple of Simpsons novelty t-shirts.
Kono: "These are for them after we retake our NPW Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships. These are going to be given to you Bastards for continuing to mock us. Then you'll see how it feels to try and get into our heads and fail and we're going to make you our bastards."
Niko: "Those NPW Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships are destined to be ours again and in our opinion we never lost them and Bastards. You better be ready because our motivation is high and we are determined to win back our stolen property. Tonight the second Dark Star NPW Imperial Crown Tag Team Championship reign
begins."
Kono: "There's nothing you can do about it either. That is our motivation and our goal and there's nothing you can do about it."
Terminatrix: "Interview over. Let's get our business done."
The Dark Stars and Dark Novas leave as the scene slowly fades to black and then cuts to ringside where the following match is about to start.
Markus Morin: The following match is scheduled for ONE fall and is for the CRUISERWEIGHT Championship! Introducing first, the challenger, hailing from Los Angeles, California! He weighed in tonight at two-hundred twenty-three pounds, and a member of the ReVenants – ROB GARCIA!
"Turbo Killer" by Carpenter Brut begins to play as darkness engulfs the arena. Red strobe lights illuminate the entranceway, showing the outline of a figure that make it's way out from behind the curtains.
As the music picks up, the arena lights come back to life and it's... Rob Garcia! Posing with a suave look of confidence in his appearance and demeanor, the ReVenant high flyer was on a mission and focused as he stalked the ramp to the ring; ignoring the jeers of the audience in attendance.
Entering the ring with a flip over the top rope and rolling to a knee in the center of the ring, a surge of red pyro, confetti, and streamers are released behind him as he pops to his feet, bouncing on the toes of his feet. Laughing, covered in the celebratory mess, The ReVenant's Rob Garcia takes to his corner and prepares with some stretches before the match ahead.
Markus Morin: Introducing his opponent and CRUISERWEIGHT Champion! Hailing from the Road of Ruin, he weighed in tonight at two-hundred-seventy-and a quarter pounds! The Blood Harvester, LOCHLYN CADE!
“Meet Me in the Dark” by Otherwise blares over the sound system of the Scotiabank arena and the lights dim down as the stage turns a red hue. From the ramp we see the masked Lochlyn Cade make his way down the ramp with the Cruiserweight Championship hanging off his shoulder. Catapulting himself into the ring, Cade is one for the posing in the corner, and takes to it as he reveals his face and drops the mask to the apron. The Blood Harvester was seeking not only his next successful defense, but retribution for Rob Garcia’s attack after the Crematorium match with Freakke.
The bell sounds as Rob Garcia attacks Cade from behind coming off the turnbuckles and batters him in the corner. Slamming him with kicks and punches to the midsection and legs, Garcia snapmares Cade over to a sitting position and dropkicks him in the back of the neck. Cade is quick to roll over and get to his feet, feeling the sting on his neck which shows some redness. Garcia with an armdrag, Cade floats through to his feet and takes another! Garcia with a third arm drag, but Garcia is blocked by Cade’s knee. Cade places a leg over Garcia’s bent body on the back of his neck, and Garcia flips Cade upside down where he lands on his feet. Both men go for a dropkick and both meet air as they jump back up to their feet and square off.
Fans cheered for the display of athleticism from both cruiserweights, even if they disliked the men, the respect was given. But it didn’t show between Garcia and Cade. The two were still wanting theirs from the other man, Cade looking for revenge, Garcia looking for the gold he worked so hard to become eligible to fight for.
Garcia and Cade tie up, and the shoving back and forth begins as both try to get the upper hand. Advantage to Cade as he slips behind Garcia for a waist lock, which Garcia dips down and grabs his boot, dropping Cade to his back and receiving a standing Moonsault for his troubles from Garcia! A quick pin, but only good for a short two count as the two get back to there feet. Cade rushes Garcia, who reverse Irish whips him into a corner. Charging at him, Garcia leaves his feet and both legs connect with a spinning wheel kick to the chest of Cade! The Cruiserweight champion crumbles to the canvas as Garcia heads up the turnbuckles.
Rob Garcia with the acrobatics, and hits the Corkscrew moonsault he calls Overdose!
Nobody home!
Cade rolls out of the way at the last second, and Garcia eats the canvas.
Maybe early, but it showed Garcia was hungry for this. He was willing to sacrifice life and limb, and while he suffered from his mistake, he was not done. Gritting his teeth, he shoves himself up as Lochlyn grabs him by the neck and goes for a tornado DDT using the ropes! Garcia is planted and rolls to the middle of the ring, sitting up briefly from the momentum of the move - before falling backwards on his back. The fans cheer for the ReVenant getting served some justice for the shovel shot.
Cade rushes forward and drops a malicious elbow attack on the forehead. He’s not ready to end this, and rightfully so, Cade had endured a lot in his feud with Freakke. For that to end in his favor and Garcia to overshadow it, Lochlyn would want nothing less than to return the favor. Cade picks up Garcia and sends him to the corner. Lifting him up on the top rope, he ascends shortly after, both men rising to their feet on the top rope. Garcia goes for a shove and Cade leaps up for the frankensteiner with his feet! Garcia flips forward and rolling sitout powerbomb! Garcia hooks shoulders with his feet!

3…
WHAT HAVE WE WITNESSED!?!
Garcia with an upset as he counters a frankensteiner into the most unconventional flipping powerbomb! Fans are in disbelief, for two men hyped as they were, the finish was sudden!
Markus Morin: Winner of this match and NEW North American Cruiserweight Champion – ROB GARCIA! (9:14)
Garcia gets his arm raised as fans are shocked. Suddenly we see the referee throw an ‘X’ up and the EMTs are scurrying out from the back with a stretcher. It appears Lochlyn Cade has suffered an injury to his lower back. With all he had gone through, the Blood Harvester would end this night on a much lower note than he had started it.
Meanwhile, Rob Garcia flexes with the Cruiserweight championship on the ropes, cocky and arrogant as ever as he does a short pose for fans before waving them off, calling them losers in spanish.
Backstage, we are brought to the sight of the Cruiserweight Cup that had been shown in previous years.
Zooming out the camera sees Julius Fristik standing there with his hands on his hips. The young athlete had been away for some time due to an attack suffered by Spike Kane months ago. Looking healthy, a bit leaner, and a new gleam of purpose in his eyes, the Calgary Son had a moment with the Cruiserweight Cup as his reflection gleamed in the gold back at him.
Julius Fristik: 2022… It’s my time. It’s my Cup.
The camera turns as Julius goes to walk away, and Roxylicious is seen in the background twirling a lollipop in her mouth, hand on her hip. Her attention to Julius Fristik is blatant, but his unawareness of her is the takeaway. Julius walks in the opposite direction as Roxy skips up to the trophy case. Twirling the lollipop around she pauses just a second, taking it out and pointing it at the trophy.
Roxylicious: I’ve seen bigger.
Putting the lollipop back in her mouth, she glances back towards the direction Julius walks and smiles a big eyed smile.
[Commercial break]
Markus Morin: The following match is scheduled for ONE fall and is for the Northern Pro Wrestling Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships! Introducing first, the challengers! Hailing from a galaxy far away, they weighed in tonight at a combined weight of 453 pounds -- The Dark Stars, KONO and NIKO!!!
The NPW stage screen lights up and shows a dying star that explodes and two spinning graphics that turn into The Dark Stars as "Sixes and Sevens" by Annihilator plays throughout the Scotiabank Centre. The Dark Stars walk out on the stage,
The Dark Stars remove their futuristic gladiator armor and place their weapons in their corner as Commandrix gives final instructions the same intense and ominous and murderous looks still on their faces.
Markus Morin: And their opponents, the reigning Imperial Crown Tag Team Champions! They hail from England! Weighing in tonight at a combined weight of 565 pounds! Ladies and gentlemen -- the BASTARDS, Billy Fowler and Frank Windsor!!!
BEEP. CLICK. BEEP BEEP. CLICK.
The electronic opening to Mansun's "Take it Easy, Chicken" pipes into the The Scotiabank Centre, shortly followed by the scream of the opening guitar riff. It's Bastards time! Red, white, and blue lights spotlight the entrance way as the crowd stands up, waiting to catch a glimpse of the Englishmen. Some of them cheer, some of them boo, but all of them react.
The curtains part as a battered old Ford Cortina messily careers its way through the curtains, coming to an awkward stop at the top of the ramp. After a moment the Bastards step out of the back, taking a second to mug for the crowd. Billy Fowler and Frank Windsor sporting the NPW Imperial Crown Tag Team Championships, as they head to defend the titles for the first time. Freebird rules in effect tonight, as Rob Riot was in the final four of the CWA World Title Tournament; yet the Bastards appeared ready for a fight.
Satisfied that everybody's got the photo they wanted, they nod to each other and then charge the ring, sliding in through the bottom rope. The fight is underway as Windsor takes to Niko and Kono begins trading punches with Fowler! The four make the referee’s job incredibly difficult as Fowler, wearing a santa hat and swinging like Babe Ruth for the fences – clotheslines Kono over the top rope and turns around to see Niko dropkicking Windsor in the side to send him awkwardly through the ropes to the outside on the other side of the ring. The bell sounds and Fowler comes for Niko with a grapple from behind, big back body drop shaking the ring.
Fowler with a full head of steam picks Niko up and whips him to the far corner, chugging along behind him as he steam rolls the Dark Star in the corner with a full avalanche! Kono tries to enter the ring but the referee cuts him off and Fowler takes this chance to lift Niko up and drop him on the turnbuckle with snake eyes!
Fowler takes Niko to his corner with a heavy Irish whip and instead of rushing him, slumbers to his partner and tags him as he grabs Niko and lifts him up for a back body drop. Windsor comes in and grabs the neck, delivering a hard neck reader with the back body drop to show the double team prowess the Bastards have. Windsor rolls Niko over for a cover.
1..
2..
Shoulder up!
Kono is ready for the tag, but his partner is not faring well against the Imperial Crown Tag Team Champions. Windsor battered Niko with heavy forearm blows to the back and lifted knees to the midsection. Military press by Frank Windsor to Niko, and the Bastard takes his time showing off as he turns to the corner Kono is in and smiles at him, before dropping Niko behind him. Niko lands on his feet though! Dropkick to the back of Windsor and he staggers towards The Dark Stars.
A second drop kick to the back sends Windsor chest first into the turnbuckle and Niko jumps the chance to tag in Kono. Spinning Frank around to face inward, the Dark Stars orchestrate a barrage of kicks that chop the tree that is Windsor down to a sitting position as he leans on the bottom turnbuckle. Kono is irish whipped in the opposite direction by Niko, only to slingshot Kono back towards Windsor – baseball slide to the chestnuts! Niko follows up with a rolling body splash to the upper body in a 1-2-synchronization before returning to the apron.
The Dark Stars had taken the advantage and isolated Windsor to their corner. Their speedy attack style and team work proved why they were former Imperial Crown Champions. Kono did not sit idle waiting for his foe, instead he began to kick Windsor in the upper body, as he pinned him in the turnbuckle. The referee started a five count, forcing Kono to pause his lethal kicks and give Windsor a moment to breath. Kono nods to Niko, who returns the gesture, as we see Fowler shaking his head in annoyance on the other side of the ring. Billy wanted in, and he wanted in now. Stomping his feet, Fowler got the crowd behind his team, as a chant began.
“BAST-ARDS! BAST-ARDS! BAST-ARDS!”
Kono comes back in, pushing the referee aside and is met with a heavy boot to the face for his efforts. Windsor grabs the top ropes with both hands, and catapults himself up to a standing base. The Bastards chant awakening the giant and sending him rushing Kono with a shoulder block! Niko however reaches through and trips Windsor as he begins that running start - and Kono catches a spear/shoulder block that ends with Kono delivering a spike DDT to Windsor!
Both men are down!
The fans are in a frenzy.
Windsor got part of the shoulder block attempt on Kono, and the Dark Star felt it as he rolled to the left of Windsor holding his abdomen. Windsor’s head though had landed like a dart, pin point on the cranium, and he laid flat as a result.
Fowler continues his stomp on the apron, now smacking the top turnbuckle as he raises his hands, hoping to get the fans behind him once more.
“BAST-ARDS! BAST-ARDS! BAST-ARDS!”
Kono rolls over, going for a cover. An arm draped over the chest of the Bastard member.

2..
Shoulder up!
Kono can’t believe it, though his mask hides that fairly well. The Dark Star looks over to his partner, and Niko is extending his hand for a tag. Windsor is barely conscious but somehow is making his way in a crawl towards Fowler. Kono steps up and falls forward, shoulder rolling over to his corner to make the tag to Niko! Fowler is yelling for his partner, who stands up on one leg and falls forward, slapping the outstretched hand!
Fowler and Niko charge the ring from opposite corners! Clashing in the middle with Niko going low and kicking the shin out from Fowler! Niko pops up, floats over and goes for the ropes, Fowler cuts him off though and clothesline over the top rope! Both men tumble to the outside of the ring. Fowler finds a way to land on his feet, but Niko is not as fortunate.
Fowler stomps on Niko, before grabbing the Dark Star member by the neck and arm, heaving him to his feet and sending into the steel guard rail! Flipping in the process, Niko back bumps the guard rail and crashes to the outside as the referee begins the count out.

Fowler has Niko by the neck and runs him towards the steel steps, but Niko puts a foot up to block it and elbows Fowler in the gut. Another elbow connects to the neck, and Niko uses the steps to run up the outside of the turnbuckle, moonsaulting backwards onto Fowler!

Fowler and Niko stir, knowing whats on the line. Niko grabs Fowler and begins to heads towards the apron.

Niko rolls Fowler in the ring!

Following right behind, Niko shaves the brow on the count out and is able to keep this one going! Niko goes for a cover!
1..
Niko uses the ropes for leverage!
2..
The referee spots the feet and stops the count! Niko, upset with this, argues with the referee, pointing that he’s seeing things - that was an illusion. The referee isn’t buying it and while this is happening Fowler gets up to his feet, somewhat discombobulated, but behind Niko!
Fowler grabs Niko by the neck, reverse DDT! NO! Knee to the face! Fowler lets go and drops Niko as he grabs his nose, which appears to have broken from the counter knee. Fowler stumbles back into his corner and Frank Windsor tags himself in slapping his partners back. Fowler goes to come back at Niko, but the referee cuts him off. Kono enters the ring as the referee is distracted by Billy Fowler and comes rushing at Frank Windsor! Kono comes at him with a lariat, and Frank ducks it, sending Kono flying into his partner Niko who was just getting up! Kono blasts Niko with a lariat and Frank immediately ejects him from the ring after! The BRADFORD BOMB! Niko is stacked up and folded like a slinky! A cover, and the referee turns as Fowler leaves the ring to keep Kono occupied ringside.

DING DING DING!
The Bastards retain after a swaying match where momentum could have gone to either team. Tonight, they retained, but was the holes in their gameplan exposed?
Markus Morin: Winners of this match and STILL Imperial Crown Tag Team Champions – THE BASTARDS, Frank Windsor and Billy Fowler! (16:43)
The Bastards arms are raised as the Dark Stars retreat to the ramp, and Commandrix comes down to aid her Dark Stars. The free-bird style defense was successful, but the Dark Stars were not decisively beaten. One mistake was all it took, and that was the difference between victory and defeat. The Bastards take to the ropes, holding their titles up, as Fowler held his head which appears to have a knot of a welt swelling on it. The Bastards may have won, but this would not be soon forgotten.

[Episode #9]
December 28th, 2021

[Jay Stevens fired up with European uppercuts, and backed Eron Hunter into the corner! A knife edge chop, before an irish whip, Hunter hit the far side, and shot himself forward with a bicycle kick. The kick handed square and caught Jay in the middle of the chest.
Hunter was down to one knee, looking to gather himself. Stevens was looking to catch his breath. Hunter moved forward, and took a swing, but Steven ducked and circled Hunter before locking him up in a Cobra Clutch Submission. Hunter tried to fight, but Stevens had it locked in deep.
Hunter was fading, but the crowd kept fighting for him. Stevens used his foot to push on Hunter's knee, looking to take his knee out and apply more pressure. Hunter was fighting, but for how long? Stevens had the hold locked in tight, and there wasn't anywhere Hunter could go.
Hunter was flailing, trying to get a hold of the ropes. In a last ditch effort, Hunter charged forward, but Jay held the submission. Hunter used the second rope and springboard himself backwards, and both men hit the mat! 1...2...3...
The referee has called for the bell. Jay Stevens is in absolute shock, but it appears as though Hunter was able to use the ropes to backflip himself, and hold Stevens down for a pin while Jay's arms were locked up in the cobra clutch position. Eron Hunter wins the Cruiserweight Cup of 2021!]

The scene transitions to the triple threat match between Lord Dominicus, Keith Williams, and Lynx for the North American Double Crown Championship.
[Lynx was pulling himself up to the apron. He sees Lord Dominicus lying prone on the mat.
Could he?
Will he?
YES!!
Nightfall! The Shooting Star LegDrop!
He holds for the cover.
The referee is coming to his senses…
1..2..3…
We have a NEW North American Double Crown Champion!
Lynx is slow to his feet, and the place is electric. The referee raises his hand!]

FATAL 5 Way Match
No Time Limit
Donzig vs. Eddie Havok vs. Timeless vs. Joe Nobody vs. Xiaolong
Cruiserweight Championship Match
30 Minute Time Limit
Rob Garcia VS. Lochlyn Cade ©
Rob Garcia VS. Lochlyn Cade ©
"If it bleeds, we can kill it."
"And we ain't got time to bleed."

Imperial Crown Tag Team Championship Match
30 Minute Time Limit
The Dark Stars VS. The Bastards (Billy Fowler & Frank Windsor) ©

Niko uses the ropes for leverage!
