I haven't done anything in awhile so I had to knock some stuff out tonight. Some are from outside of the CWA but some cool peeps.

Now it's time to concentrate on the writing aspect of the game for the next few days.

I mainly use Pixlr.com for almost everything. I've recently started using Photoshop CS6 for the gif banners. I've been using photoshop for nearly 15+ years do to being a somewhat decent photographer.

It's not nearly as difficult as you'd think. I wouldn't be able to do it if it was very difficult.

I'm working on a site of resources and tutorials but not ready to releases stuff yet. It's a slow process as I only work on it from time to time.

And making the not difficult stuff look that good is about 90% of the work.

My first gif banners were made using a tortuous process involving PS, AE, Prem, a downloader and AME for the finished article. And they looked... about as good as yours for about 6 times the effort. Therefore you win.
