Part of Rally's new gimmick is that he has jumped on the leglock craze in the submission wrestling world so he uses a lot of leglock in his moveset. Variations of his heel hook, straight ankle locks, knee bars, toe holds and he sets up from different leg entanglement positions like ashi garami, double ashi, single leg x guard, the truck, honey hole.
Also uses some of the classic Rally Jackson moves from time to time

Uses a 630 splash now, extra devastating for the extra cushion.
Out of shape, takes a lot of breaks when he can. Has to have a water bottle under the ring. His gimmick is that he is an aging out of shape wrestler and he's lazy. His leglock system plays into that because it allows him to lay back with minimal effort.
