(The scene opens at what looks like a palatial estate near a place near the ocean and a figure is standing in front of the estate and as the camera pans closer to the figure it turns out to be Xiaolong who smiles proudly.)
Xiaolong: "Welcome to Lifestyles of the Ring and I am NPW Superstar Xiaolong. Behind me is and was once was a beautiful estate in all it's glory that lost it's luster long ago. A building that was once the house to a rich and prominent individual who shall not be named but left this beautiful piece of architecture lonely without someone to ever live within it's walls."
(Xiaolong smiles.)
Xiaolong: "Okay I bought this beautiful estate from the original owner when the real estate market crashed. Now I know what you are probably thinking I got a bad deal but you know what they say Sell Low and Buy High and that's what I did. Yes this wonderful palace wasn't completely finished and fell into such disrepair until I saw it and bought the place. I'm pretty good at that and I also put in the work to finish and refurbish not to mention placed modern day conveniences into these walls of beauty and grace."
(The scene fades to Xiaolong walking through the palatial mansion smiling as men are putting the finishing touches on the walls and fixtures.)
Xiaolong: "I love this place and I bet the original owner would have too if he had stuck with this beautiful mansion. You know what the best part is about this mansion is the fact I even put geothermal systems in since the weather can be quite rough around this area of Canada."
(Xiaolong's expression becomes subdued and business like.)
Xiaolong: "This brings me to The Cruiserweight Wrestling Cup which myself, Vincent Wolf, Donzig and the current NPW Cruiserweight Champion Rob Garcia. Now I know the rules for the tournament since I am quite used to them being I spent time in Japan competing. Imagine going 4-0 which would be miraculous but longshot odds for any of the comXpetitors in both blocks. Of course the possibilities are better being 3-1 are more better and 2-2 are longshot odds the rest is nill and silly to even ponder."
(He sighs.)
Xiaolong: "Now to the competitors including myself. I'll start with Vincent Wolf, the current SWAT Alpha Champion, and CEO of his own business empire. Quite a load to balance for someone who is quite skilled in the art of professional wrestling but then again you are also from a wrestling dynasty. So am I since my parents were also professional wrestlers. They didn't want me to follow them into the business but I did it anyway and I found my destiny and made my own way."
(A Foreman comes up to him.)
Foreman: "Well the work is almost done."
Xiaolong: "How much longer."
Foreman: "A few hours and then we'll test run everything to see if your house is fully operational."
Xiaolong: "So how much do I owe."
Foreman: "Ten thousand Canadian Loonies."
Xiaolong: "Check or cash."
Foreman: "Cash."
(Xiaolong gets his cellphone out and punches in a number.)
Xiaolong: "Hello it's Xiaolong and I wish to transfer ten thousand Loonies to Restoration and Reconstruction immediately....A couple of minutes....Okay do it."
(He punches his cellphone off.)
Xiaolong: "You can check to see if the transfer was made."
(The Foreman calls on his cellphone as Xiaolong waits and talks before punching his cellphone off.)
Foreman: "The money was transferred and it was good doing business with you."
Xiaolong: "Of course and I appreciate the work you did."
(They shake hands and the Foreman leaves to make sure the house is fully operational.)
Xiaolong: "Now where was I. I can respect that Vincent and I know you'll be fully focused on your Block A opponents and you are a favorite to win then again everyone is a favorite to win."
(Xiaolong shakes his head.)
Xiaolong: "Of course there's Donzig, The Scourge and represents The Void, who was SWAT Television Champion and lost it all because he decided to play coup D' tete with SWAT's owner and paid for it. I know you are quite dangerous and now you are even more dangerous since losing the championship. I can respect that since that improves the odds of you possibly coming out of Block A. I have great respect for you since you worked hard to win the SWAT Television Championship and will go all out to win a spot in this cruiserweight battle."
(He sighs again and crosses his arms.)
Xiaolong: "Now what can I say about you Rob Garcia. You won the NPW Cruiserweight Championship but you looked winded after that epic battle and you barely defeated Lochlyn Cade. Now I'm not taking anything away from your victory Garcia. It took lots of effort just to get you to cruiserweight which may have been good but...."
(Xiaolong holds up a hand.)
Xiaolong: "However, now you have to keep the weight you lost from coming back and that's going to be a challenge that you have to deal with compare to all us natural cruiserweights. Is that a possibility that you are ready to deal with Garcia. We shall see what comes of it and see if you survive the challenge of keeping weight. Now don't take that as an insult. It isn't."
(He smiles.)
Xiaolong: "Now what can I say about myself. I've traveled the world and the seven seas as the song says and I did almost everything but still have plenty to do and accomplish but then more beyond that. What are the odds of me winning and moving out of my block? I would probably say longshot odds but then again I always managed to somehow beat the odds. Who knows what's going to happen but we'll see what happens."
(The lights come on and he smiles before leaving as the scene slowly fades to black.)
